The Piusi MC Box Fuel Management System has the capability to control and manage the consumption of fuel for users in the private and commercial sector at a low cost. The MC Box is the perfect fuel monitoring solution as an ‘add on’ unit for new or existing pumps, or where it is preferable to have the pumps and the control panel installed in two different places.

This Piusi fuel tank management system consists of a dedicated multi-user panel incorporated in a weatherproof lockable casing, that is capable of recording the date, time and amount of fuel dispensed for the last 255 transactions. It also has fuel security features by only allowing authorised users to dispense the fuel from the diesel storage tank.

These fleet fuel management systems are available as a version that controls up to 80 users and a version that controls up to 120 users. The Piusi MC Box fuel pump monitoring systems are able to be controlled at the unit via a pin code or a magnetic key system, and using the additional Piusi Self Service Desk fuel management software can also be connected to a local PC for viewing and reporting on the transaction data. 

The Plastic Heating Oil Bowl Filter is designed for removing debris and water from small bore fuel lines such as domestic oil heating systems. Its clear plastic bowl allows the user to see the remnants of the filtering process, and has a drain port for the easy removal of the filtered out water. This heating oil filter is also suitable for biodiesel up to B30.

The range of PIUSI mechanical flow meters has been expanded with the new K150, the medium-high flow meter suitable for measuring fuel dispenses.

The K150 mechanical flow meter is specifically designed to be used where a high flow rate is required, for example in those sectors that need to operate on vehicles with large tanks.

The K150 is perfect in the agricultural sector for the supply of machinery and heavy vehicles, in the logistics sector for trucks, and in the construction sector for off-road vehicles.

Laboratory tested with 4 million litres delivered, the mechanical high flow K150 ensures a flow range between 25 and 150 l/min. The K150 differs from other PIUSI flow meters, including the K44 and K33 suitable for lower flow rates and the K700 suitable for flow rates up to 220 l/min.

The Piusi Battery Kit DC portable diesel transfer pump is designed as a ready to use mobile refuelling pump solution for diesel dispensing from drums or small tanks to refuel vehicles. The Italian made 12 volt diesel transfer pump kit offers great high performance, due to its compactness, durability and ease of use.

These kits, which include BP 3000 24v or 12v fuel transfer pumps, are extremely popular in both agricultural and construction markets for refuelling plant machinery, tractors and other vehicles.

All models of these battery powered Piusi diesel pumps come complete with cable and clips for connection to the battery of the vehicle being refuelled, carry handle, manual nozzle, suction/delivery hose and strainer.

There are a number of alternatives available differing based upon whether horizontal or vertical ports are suitable, whether a 24 or 12 volt fuel transfer pump is required.
