Mild Steel Full Socket
The EX100 fuel transfer pump from Piusi is a heavy duty, self-priming rotary vane pump with ATEX approval. Boasting a higher flow rate than other models in the Piusi ATEX range, the EX100 fuel transfer pump has been designed for quick refilling of larger vehicles and machinery in zone one environments.
Primarily used as a petrol or diesel transfer pump in hazardous environments, the EX100’s versatility allows it to be used with kerosene, AVGAS, AVJET, Aspen 2 and Aspen 4. Italian quality manufacturing and a cast iron body provides reassurance for a long working life in both a static or mobile dispensing system.
Designed for fuel dispensing and transfer, not fuel recirculation systems.
Please note: Power cables and connectors are dependent upon the individual site risk assessment for the connection method between the ATEX Piusi fuel pump and power source.
The Husky Safe-T-Break® couplings are designed to disconnect the refuelling system, so that the hose breaks off from the pump in the event where a vehicle drives off with the nozzle still attached to the fill point.
These Safe-T-Breaks® stop the whole pump system being pulled away from the installation, therefore preventing fuel from spilling out onto the forecourt. This type of Husky breakaway coupling is re-usable, and can therefore help to prevent damage and fuel spillages again and again. Watch this video on how to reconnect the coupling.
The standard models of the Safe-T-Break® couplings are designed for use with diesel, with a 1" ATEX approved version available for petrol.
The Manager Key is designed to set up and control the electronic key system of a Piusi fuel management system. The manager key is required to register the user keys and allocate them to a driver or vehicle, and is also required to download the transactions to a computer if the Self Service Desk fuel management software is purchased. As standard, the manager key comes with the software kit. However, we offer it individually as a replacement should the user have lost it.
The Filstop 2" Overfill Prevention Valve is designed to act as the fill point for both metal and plastic tanks. The valve physically closes the inlet to the tank when the fuel level inside reaches it's maximum during a fuel delivery. This prevents damage to the tank, and environment as well as the costs associated with cleaning spilt fuel.
The steel tank version screws straight into the 2" BSP Inlet, whereas the plastic version requires a hole to be cut into the top of the tank for fixing via locknut.
