The GOK De-Aerator is a combination of an oil filter, de-aerator and shut off valve, suitable for kerosene, oil and biofuels with up to 20% fatty acid methyl ester.

This de-aerator removes gas/air bubbles from a single line fuel system, helping to eliminate any pump and nozzle problems associated with gas/air in the fluid. This GOK system eliminates multiple external connections, which reduces the risk of leakage, and is suitable for mounting indoors.

The Gartec Grease Hose Swivel is designed for high pressure systems. These custom made grease swivels are available in straight and ‘Z’ style, which provide maximum positioning flexibility.

B.SMART is the first cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, providing the fleet manager with remote and real-time data on their fuel use online. It works by using a licenced app on the driver’s iOS or Android mobile device to activate the dispensing via Bluetooth, and its network to send the data to the cloud once the transaction is complete. This enables the real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites. 

One of the largest benefits of the Piusi B.SMART is that unlike other cloud-based fuel management systems on the market, there are no ongoing subscription or hosting fees to account for, you simply buy the system and that's it.

As well as being able to view up to date refuelling transaction reports by date, the quantity of fuel taken, driver, vehicle and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense the fuel by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The Piusi B.SMART online fuel management system therefore also prevents unauthorised fuel use, as only those drivers set a with a mobile app licence by the manager can draw fuel. 

The Piusi EX50 ATEX approved 230v or 12v fuel transfer pump kit is designed for the mobile dispensing of petrol, kerosene and diesel. These ATEX pumps, which come with either auto or manual nozzle, filter, delivery hose and the option of a flow meter, are fully compliant with the European standards for dispensing flammable liquids. Thanks to its 2” quick coupling and telescopic down tube, this Piusi fuel pump unit is ideal for the transfer of fuel from a drum in a zone one environment.

This cast iron petrol transfer pump with integrated bypass valve, check valve and pressure relief valve is also available as an individual pump. This Italian made 230v and 12v fuel transfer pump has an anti-noise filter which makes the pump application more convenient with a low level of noise. This fuel transfer pump kit is also available with a Piusi K33 flow meter for measuring the exact quantity of the dispensed fuel.
