Stainless Chemical Transfer Hand Pump

The Diesel Gravity Hose Kit is a ready-made solution for the dispensing of diesel from a bottom outlet, gravity fed fuel storage tank. Gravity hose kits are a cost effective solution for dispensing fuel from a tank, as an alternative to a more expensive pumping system. This is a popular solution in the agricultural market, although many other industries do still use it.

This model of gravity diesel hose kit is available in a number of lengths from 3m to 6m, to cater for how high off the ground the tank is installed. It is made up of deluxe, anti-static soft wall hose, a Piusi Self 2000 manual nozzle and a 1” locking angle valve to open/close the fuel flow from the tank.

This Piusi plated diesel transfer pump has been specially designed to incorporate water filtration, which is now a requirement for most vehicles being refuelled to prevent machinery damage. Depending on your individual requirements, this fuel dispenser can be supplied with either a 10 or 30-micron water filter. This Piusi fuel pump unit, which is also supplied with a Piusi K33 flow meter, hose, nozzle and nozzle support, can be directly installed onto a bunded diesel tank or on a wall to quickly and safely refuel vehicles in private applications.

These electric fuel transfer pumps can be supplied in various configurations, differing based upon the user's choice of flow rate for the pump and nozzle and the level of filtration required for that particular application. They are also available in 12v fuel transfer pump and mains voltage alternatives, making them popular fuel dispensers for both mobile and static refuelling pump  areas. 

The Pedrollo CK 50 is a high quality liquid ring pump manufactured in Italy. The CK series are suitable for use with Diesel, Clean water that doesn't contain any particles or with any liquids that aren't aggressive towards the materials the pump is made from.

Due to the specific principle of their operating performance, the Pedrollo CK 50 is an excellent solution in every case where a compact, self priming pump is required or where the fluid flow is irregular or contains air. 400v & model with bypass available on request.

This diaphragm pump is designed as a bilge pump for surface mounting on the deck/bulkhead. Thanks to it's innovative design, the pump body & ports can be positioned in 96 different ways to ensure flexibility. 

As this is a diaphragm pump, it can be used with dirty fuels with solids up to 12.5mm (with 1” hose tails) or 18mm (with 1½ ” hose tails).
