SAMOA 3:1 Air Operated Oil Transfer Pump - Pumpmaster 4
The ZVA Automatic AdBlue™ Magnetic Nozzle is designed for use in conjunction with the ELAFIX 40 adaptor in order to prevent the costly miss-filling of AdBlue into the diesel tank. This magnetic spout ZVA nozzle will only allow fluid to pass once it has been magnetically opened by the ELAFIX AdBlue magnetic adaptor fitted within the vehicle filler neck. Therefore, by using this AdBlue nozzle you cannot physically dispense into the wrong tank, as the diesel fill point will not contain a magnet.
The miss-filling of AdBlue™ into the diesel tank is a common issue and will be costly for the vehicle owner to put right. AdBlue™ is not compatible with many materials and miss-filling can corrode the pipework and components of a fuel system – resulting in thousands of pounds of damage, as well as having to pay for the removal of AdBlue™ from the tank.
This automatic AdBlue™ nozzle is a well-known branded ZVA AdBlue™ dispensing option approved for use in heavy use, resale environments, such as those seen at the forecourt and service station. Due to these approvals it carries a higher price that than alternative AdBlue nozzle models.
The MCO GO is the brand new, plug and play fuel management system from Piusi to manage and monitor the use of oil and other fluids in a garage environment. Suitable for not just oil but other workshop fluids such as windscreen, AdBlue™ and diesel, the MCO GO is a centralised system for monitoring the consumption of all fluids in one place for the manager’s convenience.
The MCO GO provides rapid and precise refuelling, optimised costs, time saving opportunities, waste elimination and the chance to improve the profitability of the business. It’s simple to install and use and is the ideal fluid management system for workshops that store fluids in bulk, rather than use costly, throwaway jerry cans and bottles.
So how does the MCO GO work?
The touchscreen control unit is where works orders are created and activated – i.e. David to dispense 26 litres of SAE 10W-60 Oil at Bay 3. Operations can also be viewed on the unit, whether it be scheduled, in progress or completed dispenses.
Four different types of GPV valve are available for this garage management system; for oil, windscreen fluid, AdBlue™ and diesel. These solenoid valves come with integrated meter to start the pump dispensing when activated on the touch screen and end it once the set quantity of fluid has been used. You can select up to a maximum of 6 GPV valves depending upon how many dispensing systems you want to add. For those of you who have existing systems in place, a universal control unit is available to connect to current valves and pulse meters.
A network device called an 8 port switch can also be used with the control unit if you wish to connect to the option of a ticket printer; connected via LAN for paper copies of each completed operation, as well as up to 6 GPV valves.
As standard, the dispensing transactions for the specified period can be exported from the control unit via a USB stick for viewing in spreadsheet format on the manager’s computer.

The Piusi K900 digital fuel flow meter is a large, high flow fuel counter meter designed to measure high quantities of diesel and oil that have passed through a system. With a maximum flow rate of 500 litres per minute, this diesel flow meter is suitable for larger industrial and rail car installations. Thanks to its oval gear system, this Piusi flow meter benefits from high accuracy in its flow counting and has an integrated inlet filter to prevent debris from entering the meter body.
70 or 100 litre waste oil gravity & suction collection units with transparent chamber from SAMOA. Units include a 10 litres transparent chamber that can be used as a vacuum reservoir and allows an immediate inspection of the extracted waste oil. They can be used remotely once vacuum is created inside the steel reservoir. Discharge through a 1,5 m discharge hose pressurizing the unit. Includes safety valve to avoid over pressurization.
