Samoa Polaris 90 Diesel Transfer Pump

The Oil Lifter is designed for domestic heating oil applications when a higher than normal lift is required. The system sucks up the oil from the tank and stores it in its 3.5litre reservoir that then feeds the boiler. The internal suction solenoid pump ensures continuous oil supply to the heating system. If the oil lifter is required to be fitted inside a building then the optional drip tray with leak detector is required.

This Piusi plated diesel transfer pump has been specially designed to incorporate water filtration, which is now a requirement for most vehicles being refuelled to prevent machinery damage. Depending on your individual requirements, this fuel dispenser can be supplied with either a 10 or 30-micron water filter. This Piusi fuel pump unit, which is also supplied with a Piusi K33 flow meter, hose, nozzle and nozzle support, can be directly installed onto a bunded diesel tank or on a wall to quickly and safely refuel vehicles in private applications.

These electric fuel transfer pumps can be supplied in various configurations, differing based upon the user's choice of flow rate for the pump and nozzle and the level of filtration required for that particular application. They are also available in 12v fuel transfer pump and mains voltage alternatives, making them popular fuel dispensers for both mobile and static refuelling pump  areas. 

Piusi B.SMART Tank Watchdog is an add-on module to remotely monitor fuel stock and levels of any tank with a Piusi B.SMART cloud-based fuel management system. This is the perfect add on for monitoring the fluid levels in real-time, identifying the value of fuel inventory and managing fuel suppliers by recording delivery date, price, invoice number, and litres received. Using the B.SMART Tank Watchdog, you can set level alarms and get email notifications when you reach the level alarm set, e.g. “Red diesel tank at 10% - Need to order a fuel delivery”. The Piusi fuel management system add on can also prevent the pump from dry running and ensure fuel level buffer for emergencies by stopping the pump according to the fluid level. 

B.SMART Tank Watchdog can work in two ways as a virtual tank and an actual tank. Piusi virtual Tank Watchdog add on will automatically subtract dispenses, but fuel deliveries need to be added manually to monitor the fuel levels in real-time, record the value of inventory and follow fluid price trends. The actual tank option works when you install an Ocio 2.0 or any other 4-20 ma or 0-10v gauge to read live tank levels without the need for manually adding fuel deliveries.  

The Samoa Pumpmaster 2 3:1 Ratio Air Operated Drum Pump Trolley is designed to conveniently deliver oil anywhere within a workshop where compressed air is available. The kit is comprised of a sturdy trolley, 3 metre delivery hose, suction hose, Pumpmaster 2 3:1 oil pump and a metered dispensing valve. Unlike other drum pumps, this kit has the pump sited on a pump plate fixed to the trolley, which enables quick and mess free changing of the drum.

This kit is intended to be used with 205 litre drums. Optional 10 metre hose reel.
