The Panther pump for transferring diesel is one of PIUSI's historical products. The Panther diesel transfer electric pump is available in the 56, 72 and 90 versions. The Panther diesel transfer pumps are versatile and can be applied in different sectors including automotive, transport, agriculture, workshop and construction. The Panther volumetric, rotary, self-priming vane transfer pump has a high seal and is reliable even in use at low temperatures. With its solid and resistant body, the Panther is an easy-to-install diesel transfer pump, suitable for applications in diesel dispensers and fixed fuel transfer systems, as well as other industrial applications.

The compact cast iron structure makes it the perfect solution for high performance and reliability.

MAIN FEATURES

In the range of diesel transfer pumps, Panther 56-72-90 is equipped with a by-pass valve for precise adjustment of the quantity of flow transferred, while dispensing, with a flow rate of up to 90 l/min. The vane pump with sintered steel rotor and acetal resin vanes, and the induction motor with aluminum casing make this diesel electric pump suitable for continuous cycle applications, up to 30 minutes, resulting in a reliable and quality product. The thermal protection protects it in case of motor overloads.

The Piusi MC Box B.SMART is an industry recognised, “add on” fuel monitoring unit able to be retrofitted to existing pumping installations that don’t need replacing.

B.SMART is the first cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, providing the fleet manager with remote and real-time data on their fuel use online. It works by using a licenced app on the driver’s iOS or Android mobile device to activate the dispensing via Bluetooth, and its network to send the data to the cloud once the transaction is complete. This enables the real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites. 

One of the largest benefits of the Piusi B.SMART is that unlike other cloud-based fuel management systems on the market, there are no ongoing subscription or hosting fees to account for, you simply buy the system and that's it.

As well as being able to view up to date refuelling transaction reports by date, the quantity of fuel taken, driver, vehicle and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense the fuel by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The Piusi B.SMART online fuel management system therefore also prevents unauthorised fuel use, as only those drivers set a with a mobile app licence by the manager can draw fuel. 

New for June 2020 is the Piusi MC Box 230v 2 Pump Version. Benefitting from the additional feature of being able to manage two pumps from a single unit, the user can now monitor two separate tanks or split tanks containing diesel and red diesel, or diesel and AdBlue with just the cost of one MC Box!

The Stainless Steel Basket Strainer can be fixed to suction lines or non return valves, to filter any large particles that may damage the components in chemical systems. These basket strainers are constructed of heavy duty stainless steel, and have machined turned threads.

The Oil Check Valve is a brass non return valve, specially designed for use in heating oil systems. These spring loaded check valves come complete with 8mm and 10mm pipe connectors.
