The Piusi Viscomat 90 Vane oil transfer pump is an ideal solution for the transfer of large amounts of oil at medium pressure from one tank to another. This Piusi pump also maintains good flow rates when used in high pressure systems, where the oil pump supplies hose reels for fixed oil dispensing. These electric oil transfer pumps are reliable and high quality pumps, which have a high suction, smooth flow and operate at less than 70dB.

The Piusi Viscomat Vane pump is also suitable for the transfer of diesel within a system. Please note: We would not advise it for diesel dispensing/refuelling applications.

The Piusi SB325_X AdBlue™ Nozzle is a lightweight, plastic automatic nozzle complete with breakway stainless steel spout for use with AdBlue pumping systems. The breakaway spout mechanism means that if the vehicle accidently drives away with the nozzle still positioned in the vehicle's fill point, the spout will detach from the nozzle. This means that damage will be limited to the spout only which can be replaced as a spare part, and the AdBlue pump system connected to the storage tank will not be pulled away. 

Constructed of plastic but with a sturdy, stainless steel spout, this Piusi nozzle is a lightweight, cost effective alternative to the completely stainless steel automatic AdBlue™ nozzles on the market. Like these more expensive models, it still reliably shuts off dispensing when the AdBlue tank becomes full to prevent any overspill.

There is also a version of the SB325_X with added magnetic miss-filling spout to prevent AdBlue from being put in the diesel tank. This ensures that the AdBlue™ dispensing nozzle can only release fluid into a fill point that has a partnering magnetic adaptor fitted into it. By having magnetic adaptor fitted in the AdBlue™ fill point only, the AdBlue™ nozzle is unable to dispense into the diesel tank. View the SB325 AdBlue magnetic nozzle here.

The CTS AdBlue™ Tank und Alarm is an economy, entry level, battery powered AdBlue™ tank alarm system for alerting the user to fluid being detected between the inner tank and the outer bund. If only a bund alert is needed for your tank, this bund alarm is a simple, cost-effective solution and doesn't involve the other warnings associated with a fuel tank level alarm. A red LED will flash and a 90db alarm will sound to alert the user to fluid being detected in the bund - which can be caused by a tank rupture/leak or rainwater collecting in the bund - meaning your bund will need cleaning and/or emptying.

This battery powered AdBlue&trade bund alarm allows 72 hours of full alarm mode, making it ideal for unmanned sites and those with site closure on weekends. Further features include a weatherproof enclosure and test and alarm mute buttons to silence the sounder.
