The ZVA 25 Fuel Pump Nozzle is a high quality, heavy duty automatic petrol and diesel nozzle approved for refuelling in resale pumping applications. Thanks to the sensor in the spout that detects when the vehicle tank is full, the nozzle automatically shuts off to prevent fuel from spilling out. With a maximum flow rate of 140 litres per minute, the ZVA 25 is a high flow auto fuel nozzle designed for applications where large volumes of diesel or petrol need to be dispensed at a time.

ZVA nozzles are a widely recognised brand of forecourt style models, known for their careful and quality design and sturdy manufacturing. This particular nozzle benefits from a two position stay open latch, a No 4 trigger guard and a black scuff guard for nozzle protection.

The Husky 1690 Diesel Nozzle is an extremely heavy duty, automatic nozzle for high flow, bulk fuel transfer for applications including rail, tanker or filling fuel storage tanks. Specially designed for heavy duty applications, this Husky fuel nozzle benefits from a right angle design allowing the nozzle to fit close to walls and corners and has a large hand opening to accommodate for gloves. An added advantage is that it is 30% lighter than other models on the market.

A further feature of the 1690 fuel nozzle is its dual poppet, which allows for the easy opening of the trigger nozzle even when high system pressure is present due to higher flow. Please note models with swivel may have a slightly reduced flow rate.

The Husky VIII Diesel Nozzle is a durable and heavy duty automatic shut off nozzle, designed for the high flow refuelling of large agricultural and plant machinery. Thanks to its incorporated Flo-stop® device, the VIII Husky fuel nozzle shuts off the flow of fuel when the spout is raised above the horizontal or fall from the fill point. A further useful feature of the VIII Husky nozzle is its dual poppet, which enables the easier opening of the automatic fuel pump nozzle when high system pressure is present due to the high flow. Please note models with swivel may have a reduced flow rate. If you want to guarantee achieving 250lpm, an optional high flow swivel is available.

The Husky X-Mate Diesel Nozzle is the entry level, automatic shut off model within the Husky nozzle range. Thanks to its smaller spout and good flow rates, it is ideal for the safe and efficiency refuelling of small commercial vehicles and passenger cars. As with all Husky fuel nozzles, the X-Mate comes with the patented Flo-stop® function for shutting off flow when the spout is raised above the horizontal or falls out the tank.

Two versions are available of this particular Husky nozzle; a smaller spout OD model for refuelling vehicles with difficult fill points and a larger OD model for standard applications. These automatic fuel pump nozzles come as standard with the patented Stream Shaper®; a device that reduces turbulence and velocity for a straighter fuel flow, ensuring less splash back spillage.

This fuel nozzle also benefits from a reinforced spout bushing and a sensing port that is positioned behind the spout end, ensuring that even when the spout is subject to excessive use, its sensitivity is not heightened causing nuisance click offs.

The ZVA Slimline 2 Fuel Pump Nozzle is a high quality, heavy duty automatic petrol and diesel nozzle approved for refuelling in resale pumping applications as well as flammable environments. Designed to automatically shut off when the vehicle tank is full, this auto fuel nozzle prevents an overspill situation from occuring, The Slimline 2 also benefits from a two position stay open latch and is supplied as standard with a No 4 trigger guard for safety and durability.

The Professional Automatic Diesel Nozzle is designed for the non-resale refuelling of cars and commercial vehicles thanks to its small spout diameter. As an automatic fuel pump nozzle, the Professional will shut off when the vehicle tank is at capacity, which prevents an overflow scenario from being possible and therefore allows for the safe use of the integrated stay open latch. This fuel nozzle, which has a maximum flow rate of 80 litres per minute, is available in two versions; a version for diesel only and a version that is able to handle biodiesel up to B100.

Please note: Due to the thicker nature of the fluid, the B100 refuelling nozzle does not have a trigger latch for safety purposes.

Not suitable for gravity fed applications.

The Piusi Automatic ATEX Fuel Nozzles have been specially designed for the safe dispensing of diesel, petrol or kerosene in flammable environments thanks to its ATEX certification. The Piusi A60 diesel nozzle is automatic fuel nozzle design for private, non-resale refuelling of vehicles. As an automatic fuel pump nozzle, it will shut off when the tank is full, preventing an overfill scenario and allowing the safe use of the integrated 3 positions stay open latch. The Piusi standard automatic diesel nozzle is a perfect solution for refuelling vehicles such as lorries, small commercial vehicles and machinery and passenger cars.
