Piusi Waste Oil Equipment

The Piusi Drum Trolleys are part of Piusi’s new range of products for the lubrication market, however these drum trolleys can be used for drums containing any liquid including grease and oil.

These sturdy drum trollies are for the easy manoeuvring of a drum around a garage or workshop, and come equipped with a holster for supporting the dispensing hose. There are different models available, which have either 2 or 4 wheels, and the size of the trolley depends upon the size of the drum you are using.

The Piusi Vacu-Drainer Oil Extractor are portable waste engine/transmission oil draining unit designed for use under vehicle lift. The Vacu-drainer is for retrieving oil direct from the engine via air operated suction probes. Thanks to the wheel mounted trolley, these Piusi oil drainers are a handy and mobile piece of kit that can be easily moved from one bay to another.

These oil extractors are comprised of a height adjustable 12 litre waste oil bowl with a filter drain grill to remove any large debris, and a 80 litre recovery tank. The Piusi Vacubox Oil Extractor is a powerful, wall mounted oil extraction unit, designed for small to medium workshops where clean, spill-free oil removal from vehicles is required. With these Piusi oil extractors, there is no need to lift the vehicle or to remove the sump plug, as the Vacubox’s probes insert into the dipstick port, allowing the oil to be sucked from the engine sump. The unit automatically stops once the oil extraction is complete.

The Piusi Cambiaolio Oil Extractor Pump is a portable, oil extraction unit designed for use in small workshops where clean, spill-free oil removal from vehicles is required. With these Piusi oil extractors, there is no need to lift the vehicle or to remove the sump plug, as the Cambiaolio’s probes insert into the dipstick port, allowing the oil to be sucked from the engine sump. The waste oil is collected in a 12 litre container, which is mounted on the wheeled trolley.

The Piusi Filtroll is a portable filtration unit, which provides double filtering of diesel or oil by absorbing any water or particle impurities that are in the fuel using a two stage filtration process. The Filtroll benefits from a sturdy trolley with large diameter wheels for transportation across uneven ground, with an incorporated drip tray to prevent mess and environmental damage.

There are alternative options available of the Piusi Filtroll filtration unit depending upon whether an oil or a diesel fuel filter is required. As well as a Panther pump, the diesel version of the Piusi fuel conditioning unit comes with 4m suction hose with locking Vantage foot valve and strainer to stop fuel from leaking out when the system is no longer in use. It also comes with 4m delivery hose, hose holder for compact and neat storage and a Self 3000 manual nozzle and support. The oil version on the other hand comes with a Viscomat pump and a 1" dispensing tube rather than nozzle.

The Filtroll fuel filtration unit has two primary applications; firstly it can be used to extract fuel from a container and filter it before directly dispensing it into the vehicle. Secondly, it can be used during tank service to extract the fuel, filter it and then recirculate it back into the original container. 

The Piusi Depuroil is a mobile filtration unit for de-contaminating oils by removing debris and particles from the fluid. This oil filtration system comes in the form of a sturdy trolley unit with wheels enabling the unit to be easily transported. It has an integrated particle filter cannister and a pressure gauge to warn of a filter blockage and that the cannister needs to be replaced (one replacement cannister is supplied. As well as a Viscomat pump, it comes with a suction hose and strainer, delivery hose with a dispensing tube. and a support holder for the suction hose and dispensing valve allowing neat and compact storage.

The Piusi Depuroil fuel conditioner is commonly used for cleaning out waste oil tanks as well as filtering used machinery oil and vehicle oil so that it can be recycled and reused.
