Piusi Suzzara Blue 3 Pure Pro IBC AdBlue Pump Kit

The High Flow Rotary Hand Fuel Pump is a cost effective solution to the manual dispensing of a variety of fluids including diesel, oil, kerosene, petrol and anti-freeze from a drum.
These hand fuel transfer pumps are commonly used within environments where mains power is inaccessible and therefore an electric pump is not a viable option, yet high flow rates need to be maintained. For example, these manual diesel transfer pumps are popular when a large amount of fuel needs to be transferred from one container to another.
The K24 Flow Meter is a digital flow meter with a turbine suitable for AdBlue monitoring and the digital management of the fluid being dispensed.
PRECISION AND QUALITY
The K24 digital AdBlue flow meter has been designed to monitor the flow of AdBlue. Easy to install, in-line or at the end of the dispensing pipe, The K24 has a display that can be applied in various positions to facilitate easy reading. The sturdy housing and sealed internal electronic board make it suitable for use in virtually all working conditions.
RELIABILITY
The K24 Digital Flow Meter has a plastic body with a polypropylene turbine. The pulse type is single-channel, reed switch. The electronic board with an LCD display shows a partial reading of 5 digits from 0.1 to 99999, for a total of 6 digits 1 to 999999 Total, resettable. The display also shows the supported flow rate, up to a maximum of 120 litres per minute.
The K24 AdBlue flow meter guarantees a metering accuracy of +/- 1%; if the metering turns out inaccurate, the K24 can always be calibrated to ensure maximum precision in its operation. With a pressure drop of < 0.03 bar at 120 l/min and a repeatability of 0.2 %, the K24 flow meter is powered by two AAA batteries. Thanks to its rotating display, the K24 can be adapted to any application and working condition.
The Piusi SB325_X AdBlue™ Nozzle is a lightweight, plastic automatic nozzle complete with breakway stainless steel spout for use with AdBlue pumping systems. The breakaway spout mechanism means that if the vehicle accidently drives away with the nozzle still positioned in the vehicle's fill point, the spout will detach from the nozzle. This means that damage will be limited to the spout only which can be replaced as a spare part, and the AdBlue pump system connected to the storage tank will not be pulled away.
Constructed of plastic but with a sturdy, stainless steel spout, this Piusi nozzle is a lightweight, cost effective alternative to the completely stainless steel automatic AdBlue™ nozzles on the market. Like these more expensive models, it still reliably shuts off dispensing when the AdBlue tank becomes full to prevent any overspill.
There is also a version of the SB325_X with added magnetic miss-filling spout to prevent AdBlue from being put in the diesel tank. This ensures that the AdBlue™ dispensing nozzle can only release fluid into a fill point that has a partnering magnetic adaptor fitted into it. The Cleanfill 2" Overfill Prevention Valve from Lafon can be fitted to a tank as a piece of safety and environmental protection equipment. This overfill protection device can be used on fuel and diesel storage tanks that are filled by gravity flow or a pressure pump system. When the tank is full, the valve will close preventing any further fluid from being dispensed into the tank. There is also a version available to be used on AdBlue™ storage tanks, a fluid which is known as DEF in America and other countries.
