Piusi ST Box Electric Pump Kit Basic

The Husky VIII Diesel Nozzle is a durable and heavy duty automatic shut off nozzle, designed for the high flow refuelling of large agricultural and plant machinery. Thanks to its incorporated Flo-stop® device, the VIII Husky fuel nozzle shuts off the flow of fuel when the spout is raised above the horizontal or fall from the fill point. This fuel nozzle benefits from a reinforced spout bushing and a sensing port located behind the spout end, ensuring that even after a lot of use, the spout doesn’t get worn causing nuisance click offs.

A further useful feature of the VIII Husky nozzle is its dual poppet, which enables the easier opening of the automatic fuel pump nozzle when high system pressure is present due to the high flow. Please note models with swivel may have a reduced flow rate. If you want to guarantee achieving 250lpm, an optional high flow swivel is available.

The Stainless Steel Wafer Swing Check Valve is a cost effective non-return valve, which only allows flow in one direction. Designed to fit in between flanges, these swing check valves are a compact solution for installations where space is an issue.

These stainless steel wafer valves comprise of a stainless steel body, viton seals, seats and an o ring, and the smaller surface area make it a cost effective alternative to equivalent valves.

The Piusi Air Operated Oil Drum Pump Kit is the “Pro + Silent” air oil pump within a wall mounted kit ready to connect and dispense from a drum in garage and workshop environments. This wall mounted stub air powered oil transfer pump comes with a K400 nozzle meter for easily identifying the amount dispensed, a hose reel with long length hose for reaching further away bays and a drum suction kit. The drum suction kit comes with suction down tube, 2" BSP bung adaptor and suction hose to connect the wall mounted air operated oil pump and the drum. 

These Piusi pump kits are available with either a 3:1 air oil pump for pumping medium viscosity oils over short to medium distances, or a 5:1 version for medium to high viscosity oils over medium to long distances.

The Tecalemit HD5A Fuel Management System is an upgraded version of the HDA, which can control up to 5 pumps with 1 unit.

This HDA5 kit comes with the Tecalemit full cloud based software, which stores up to 10,000 local transactions, allows up to 4,000 vehicles and drivers and comes complete with the ability to fit up to 5 fuel level sensors to show live readings of the fuel within the tanks. Thanks to the included GSM modem and sim card, the data shown on the online portal can be kept live and accurate.

The system can be used with vehicle tags and driver codes, or just tags. This allows tracking for individuals, as well as vehicles. All of which is available to view on the online portal.

The questionnaire allows us to fully set the system up before delivery, allowing the unit and software to be ready to go as soon as it gets to you. The first year of the software hosting are included within the package.
