Piusi Shark Submersible AdBlue Pump

The Piusi SB325_X AdBlue™ Magnetic Nozzle is designed for use in conjunction with the ELAFIX 40 adaptor in order to prevent the costly miss-filling of AdBlue into the diesel tank. This magnetic spout nozzle will only allow fluid to pass once it has been magnetically opened by an AdBlue magnetic adaptor fitted within the vehicle filler neck. Therefore, by using this AdBlue nozzle you cannot physically dispense into the wrong tank, as the diesel fill point will not contain a magnet.
The miss-filling of AdBlue™ into the diesel tank is a common issue and will be costly for the vehicle owner to put right. AdBlue™ is not compatible with many materials and miss-filling can corrode the pipework and components of a fuel system – resulting in thousands of pounds of damage, as well as having to pay for the removal of AdBlue™ from the tank.
This AdBlue dispensing nozzle also benefits from a breakaway spout mechanism. This means that if the vehicle accidently drives away with the nozzle still positioned in the vehicle's fill point, the spout will detach from the nozzle. This means that damage will be limited to the spout only which can be replaced as a spare part, and the AdBlue pump system connected to the storage tank will not be pulled away. Thanks to the integrated K24 digital flow meter, this AdBlue™ nozzle has the added functionality for the user to conveniently view how much fluid has been dispensed into the vehicle.
Constructed of plastic but with a sturdy, stainless steel spout, this Piusi nozzle is a lightweight, cost effective alternative to the completely stainless steel automatic AdBlue™ nozzles on the market. Like these more expensive models, it still reliably shuts off dispensing when the AdBlue tank becomes full to prevent any overspill.
The K400 Oil Nozzle is the Piusi Easyoil nozzle with a digital flow meter built in. These fuel nozzles therefore offer the user the ability to control the amount of diesel, oil or raps oil delivered at the nozzle end. The models of these diesel and oil nozzles that come with the automatic non-drip spout, come either with a flexible or rigid spout, and prevent any leakage from the end of the spout once you have finished dispensing.
Piusi B.SMART Fuel Management Systems come as standard with either 10 or 20 driver app licences. These licenses are required for each person to access the fuel pump. We offer additional packages of 5, 15 or 50 driver app licences, in case more users need access to the fuel management system.
The driver app license is designed to be allocated to authorised users, as the pump will only dispense fuel when activated via Bluetooth from the driver's B.SMART app. The app license also allows the Piusi B.SMART fuel management system to record the transaction information and send the data to the cloud once the refuelling is complete. This means that the data is recorded in real-time, enabling the monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites. There are no ongoing subscription or hosting fees once the driver access licences and the cloud fuel management system are bought.
The GoldenRod Fuel Tank Filter Wrench is a handy tool, which enables the easy removal and fitting of the GoldenRod bowl/filter housing when the user needs to replace the filter element inside. It benefits from small grooves that fit over the notches on the GoldenRod bowls, which are also compatible with the fitting of similar brands of bowl filters.
The use of the filter wrench limits of the risk of cracking of the bowl whilst trying to apply pressure to screw it off. It also ensures that when it is screwed back on after replacing the element that it is tight enough to prevent leaks.
