The K33 ATEX is a mechanical flow meter suitable for the monitoring of diesel, gasoline and kerosene. For non-commercial use, the K33 ATEX meets the ATEX requirements for precise measurement of the quantity of Gasoline, kerosene and diesel dispensed in environments with a high risk of explosion.

The ATEX mechanical flow meter has a 3-digit partial indicator, and a 6 digit totaliser.

PRECISION AND QUALITY

The K33 ATEX mechanical flow meter for gasoline, kerosene and diesel has been designed to ensure precise measurement of the amount of fuel dispensed. Easy to calibrate and install, the K33 ATEX flow meter can monitor the quantity of fuel dispensed for a maximum flow rate of 20-120 l/min and with a maximum working pressure of the pump of 3.5 bar. In addition, it can guarantee a burst pressure of 28 bar with a metering accuracy of +/- 1%.

RELIABILITY

The K33 ATEX mechanical flow meter for gasoline, kerosene and diesel is suitable for application to pumps or gasoline dispensers and is suitable for those who are looking for a simple and economic product, without particular need for control over the fleet of vehicles. The K33 ATEX can be installed in any position on both rigid and flexible pipes, as well as directly on pumps or tanks. It can also be used by gravity, thanks to its low resistance to flow.

The K33 ATEX as an ATEX flow meter is included in group II, category 2 G IIB T=85°C (T6), and therefore it is suitable for working in areas classified as "1" and "2" according to directive 99/92/EC.

The SAMOA Polaris Series transfer Pump is a self priming diesel pump with self-adjustable vanes, Pump body made of cast-iron with rustproof treatment, rotor of sintered steel and vanes of acetal resin.  The pumps include a by-pass valve and a built in filter with easy access for cleaning.  The pump can be mounted vertically or horizontally and has 1.8m cable with plug.

The drum mounted SAMOA Polaris pump kit is designed to be easily connected to a drum with a 2" thread. Thanks to it's integral mechanical flow meter, this mains powered electric diesel transfer pump is a simple solution to dispensing in construction, workshire or agricultural environments.

This drum pump kit comes as standard with a Manual nozzle, 230v Polaris pump, 4 metre delivery hose & 3 digit mechanical flow meter.

The Piusi IBC Mounted Oil Transfer Pump Kits are a range of Viscomat pumps fitted to plate designed specifically for dispensing oil from an IBC. Depending upon the viscocity of the oil and flow rate required, there are options of either the Piusi Viscomat 70, 90 or Flowmat oil pumps. These kits come supplied with a Viscomat pump, IBC mounting plate, manual shut off nozzle, oil flow meter and 4 metre delivery hose.

These kits aren't supplied with a suction connector and so this would need to be purchased separately.
