The SpillStop 2” Overfill Prevention Valve protects both the environment and the individual from the effects of fuel spillage. This overfill protection device is suitable for use on both fuel and diesel storage tanks, which may have a pumping or gravity feed system. Once the tank has reached its maximum fuel capacity, this valve will close to prevent any additional fuel from being delivered, thus preventing overfilling. A version of this can be supplied specifically for use on plastic tanks.

The Piusi Pitstop DC battery powered diesel transfer pump is heavy duty, fuel dispensing pump unit with an integrated hose reel. This Piusi fuel pump has a sturdy supporting structure and a 14 metre hose, which makes it ideal for harsh refuelling environments where it may be difficult to access the machinery or vehicles, for example quarries, mines and large building sites.

The unit is comprised of two DC Bypass 3000 24v or 12v fuel transfer pumps, a water filter and an automatic nozzle, which allows the dispensing of diesel to be maintained at a good 45 litres per minute over the 14 metres. This Italian made 24v and 12 volt diesel transfer pump is versatile and easy to install to both fixed or mobile tanks.

The Camlock Dust Cap has either a 1” or 2” female cam socket.

This Fuel Conditioner is suitable for tanks storing up to 40,000 litres of Diesel / HVO. A microbial growth called diesel bug forms when Diesel fuel isn't used, or is stored for long periods of time. This is caused by water in the fuel. The advanced fuel conditioner prevents this from happening by keeping the diesel free of contaminants which would otherwise cause damage to machinery and vehicles.

The fuel conditioner is engineered to obtain a target multi-pass ISO 14/13/11 level, with laboratory tests showing water content removal to under 60ppm. The unit comes with a Piusi Panther pump, two Cim-Tek Ultimate Defence particle and water filters, and a magnetic fuel conditioner to break up diesel bug sludge that forms when water enters and contaminates the diesel fuel.

The biggest benefit of this fuel conditioner over alternatives is it's operational intelligence to help prevent any downtime in fuel conditioning. There is a custom micro controller with a touch screen display for clear visual warnings of fuel filter degradation and blocks, the time until the next run cycle, an event and alarm log, and flow trends for filter life expectancy, allowing pre-emptive replacements of filters. The fuel conditioner has an input for a fuel tank alarm or gauge and leak detection probe to detect a low fuel level and leak, where if activated, the fuel pump will turn off until the issue is resolved, as well as two passive BMS outputs for remote warning of fuel filter block and low level/leak to alert the user that they need to take action.

The system run times are automatically set based upon the fuel tank size and run between 9am-5pm, Mon to Fri to ensure conditioning of 1.5 x the tank capacity per month. However this is customisable depending upon customer requirements.
