Piusi Open Automatic Grease Hose Reel

This Piusi AdBlue™ Suction Hose is a quality solution designed for use with all electric AdBlue™ (or DEF as it is otherwise known) pump kits and installations. This particular suction hose is supplied as standard on all Suzzara Blue electric AdBlue pump kits in a 1.5m length, and is often specified on AdBlue™ storage tanks. This Piusi AdBlue™ hose can be supplied either open ended or in a coil depending upon customer requirements.

The Piusi CF60 Fuel Tank Filter can be fitted to both the suction and delivery systems to ensure that clean, particle free fuel is dispensed. This oil and diesel filter has a spin on cartridge for easy installation and replacement. When a flow rate reduction is observed, these fuel storage tank filters for diesel and oil should be replaced to ensure that the filtration of the fuel is maintained. Available in the accessories table is the Piusi CF60 filter element only for replacing the existing one when full. 

Loxeal 85-21 Pipe Sealant is a fast curing high strength anaerobic adhesive for locking and sealing threads. Designed for pipework that will never be dismantled and for larger machining tolerances, this pipe thread sealant is ideal for robust and demanding joining applications.

Suitable for a number of fluids including diesel, oil and water, this Loxeal 85-21 pipe thread sealant has a handling time of 15-30 minutes and a functional cure time of 1-3 hours. Its sealing properties are unaffected between -55°C to +150°C, as well as being shock and vibration resistant.

Please note curing rate and strengths depend on the assembly clearance, material, surfaces and temperature.

The Piusi Quick Coupling is a two part fitting designed for connecting a fuel transfer pump directly onto a drum or tank. It also has an inner thread for connecting to a suction hose. This drum fitting is commonly used alongside the Piusi Cube range.
