Piusi IBC Mounted Air Operated Oil Pump Kit

The Submersible AdBlue™ Pump has been designed to be installed in large AdBlue™ tank installations where increased head pressure is required. This is a popular AdBlue™ transfer pump solution for tank manufacturers, as being submerged into the fluid means the storage tank cabinet does not need to make room for a pump to be fitted. 

These electric AdBlue™ pumps are built from anti-corrosive materials with a three stage impeller, wear resistant shaft and an anti-debris stainless steel strainer. The seals within this AdBlue™ pump - known as a DEF pump in the US - have been designed to keep the urea pure and the electrical cable gland seal has been reinforced. The pump’s motor has excellent cooling properties and can be used even when the top of the motor becomes partially exposed.

Heldite Jointing Compound is a pipe and thread sealant designed to effectively seal bolted, flanged or screwed joins and prevent leakage. This semi-permanent liquid compound is used throughout all engineering industries and in plumbing and heating, provided it isn’t in contact with potable water.

This is a non-abrasive joint sealant, meaning that it has no effect on any metal, rubber or any other materials that it is used on. It is available either in a 250ml tin with brush applicator integrated into the cap, or a small 7ml single use bottle that can be thrown away after use.

The Fuel Tank Filter Wrench is a handy tool, which enables the easy removal and fitting of the GoldenRod bowl/filter housing when the user needs to replace the filter element inside. It benefits from small grooves that fit over the notches on the GoldenRod bowls, which are also compatible with the fitting of similar brands of bowl filters. 

The use of the filter wrench limits of the risk of cracking of the bowl whilst trying to apply pressure to screw it off. It also ensures that when it is screwed back on after replacing the element that it is tight enough to prevent leaks. 

The Piusi IBC Mounted Oil Transfer Pump Kits are a range of Viscomat pumps fitted to plate designed specifically for dispensing oil from an IBC. Depending upon the viscocity of the oil and flow rate required, there are options of either the Piusi Viscomat 70, 90 or Flowmat oil pumps. These kits come supplied with a Viscomat pump, IBC mounting plate, manual shut off nozzle, oil flow meter and 4 metre delivery hose.

These kits aren't supplied with a suction connector and so this would need to be purchased separately.
