Piusi EXGO ATEX Fuel Transfer Pump

The Piusi Clear Captor Fuel Tank Filter is for installation in the pumping system at either the suction or delivery end. This fuel filter is to ensure that the dispensed diesel is free from particles and debris. Due to the introduction of a clear bowl onto this diesel filter, the user is able to clearly identify any impurities or debris within the fuel.
These fuel storage tank filters for diesel are designed for use on higher flow rate systems, due to its maximum flow rate of 100litres per minute. If a reduction in flow rate is noticed, it may be time to remove the cartridge inside the filter and replace it.
The Piusi Polypropylene Hose Tail is a 90° degree hose tail for hose connections of 19mm. It is ideal for use with AdBlue™, and has been designed for use with the Piusi SEC IBC Connectors.
Piusi B.SMART Fuel Economy is an add-on module to the B.SMART cloud-based fuel management system to remotely monitor fuel consumption, miles per gallon and manages driver and vehicle activity. By simply adding this smart and intuitive Fuel Economy add-on to your Piusi B.SMART fuel management system, you can extend its power, having full control over your site and increase the profitability of your fleet. To have a complete view of the site’s fuel consumption, there is the ability to manually add external refills at service stations and run reports by vehicle or driver to spot deviations in actual MPG versus manufacturer specified MPG to identify vehicle issues or undesirable driving behaviour.
Piusi B.SMART Fuel Economy add-on allows you to organise the fleet and manage consumption limits by quickly setting up driver details and controls. These include how much fuel they can dispense in a time period and what hours they can refill and restrict what vehicles they can refill. To identify drivers easy and run detailed reports, you can upload an image of the vehicle and the driver, registration, odometer, tank size and standard consumption, and categorise them into groups for reporting purposes such as by type of vehicle or contract.
Thanks to the smart design of the Piusi Fuel Economy fuel management system add-on, you can generate QR code stickers for each vehicle to save the driver from manually adding the registration at the time of refuelling. This feature can save time during the refuelling and reduce the risk of human error.
This Fuel Conditioner is suitable for tanks storing up to 40,000 litres of Diesel / HVO. A microbial growth called diesel bug forms when Diesel fuel isn't used, or is stored for long periods of time. This is caused by water in the fuel. The advanced fuel conditioner prevents this from happening by keeping the diesel free of contaminants which would otherwise cause damage to machinery and vehicles.
The fuel conditioner is engineered to obtain a target multi-pass ISO 14/13/11 level, with laboratory tests showing water content removal to under 60ppm. The unit comes with a Piusi Panther pump, two Cim-Tek Ultimate Defence particle and water filters, and a magnetic fuel conditioner to break up diesel bug sludge that forms when water enters and contaminates the diesel fuel.
The biggest benefit of this fuel conditioner over alternatives is it's operational intelligence to help prevent any downtime in fuel conditioning. There is a custom micro controller with a touch screen display for clear visual warnings of fuel filter degradation and blocks, the time until the next run cycle, an event and alarm log, and flow trends for filter life expectancy, allowing pre-emptive replacements of filters. The fuel conditioner has an input for a fuel tank alarm or gauge and leak detection probe to detect a low fuel level and leak, where if activated, the fuel pump will turn off until the issue is resolved, as well as two passive BMS outputs for remote warning of fuel filter block and low level/leak to alert the user that they need to take action.
The system run times are automatically set based upon the fuel tank size and run between 9am-5pm, Mon to Fri to ensure conditioning of 1.5 x the tank capacity per month. However this is customisable depending upon customer requirements.
