Piusi EX75 ATEX Fuel Transfer Pump (12v)

The CTS Mains Operated Multi-Compartment Fuel Tank Alarm system has three functions; to detect and warn of a tank overfill, a high/low liquid level and a bund leak. If this fuel tank alarm identifies any of these issues, the zone in question will light up on the alarm’s screen, combined with an alarm sounder and flashing orange strobe, which provides the user with a clear warning of the activated tank state. Each zone can be configured in any of the three functions High, Low or Bund, enabling the complete customisation of these fuel tank alarms based upon the user's requirements with a very simple set of electrical jumpers.

Options are available complete with three relays, to allow external equipment to be connected to each zone of the tank level alarm such as building management system for remote monitoring. This level and bund alarm also has the additional feature of controlling the pump from the relays (if fitted). When the fuel storage tank contents are 'low', the pump switches on and stays on until 'high' is reached.

If you require a tank level alarm for something other than diesel or light oil, we also supply a water and chemical alarm probe, and a high viscosity oil tank level probe – which is also suitable for AdBlue as well as high viscosity oils.

The Piusi Steel Hose Tail is male hose barb with NBR seals. These hose tails can be used with hoses that have either a 19mm or 25mm inner diameter. 

The H Series Compatible Quick Release Couplings are general purpose, plated steel hose couplings. They instantly seal upon disconnection to prevent any leakages, and benefit from a smooth jet valve design with a safety pin system to prevent the accidental disconnection of the quick release couplings. The coupler and nipple are sold separately, and are compatible with Snap-Tite H and US-MIL-C-51234.

The Piusi Suzzara Blue 3 Pro is an improved and redesigned version of the market known Suzzara Blue AdBlue™ IBC Pump Kit. This new stainless steel plated AdBlue™ transfer pump solution from the Italian manufacturer Piusi is different from competing products on the market thanks to its robust and sturdy roll bar enclosure, which protects the pump from accidental impact. Designed as a ready to go solution for the dispensing of AdBlue™ (DEF), specifically from an IBC, this AdBlue™ IBC pump kit comes with a self-priming membrane Piusi AdBlue™ pump, flow meter for measuring how much has been dispensed, automatic nozzle to shut off when the tank is full, delivery and suction hose and IBC connector.

The Suzzara Blue 3 Pro AdBlue™ pump kit can be mounted securely onto the IBC with the integrated locking bracket to ensure the Piusi pump kit cannot be easily pulled off under force. It also benefits from a large practical hose holder allowing the hose to be rolled securely and neatly and a nozzle holster with a removable drip cup for easy cleaning.

Depending upon user requirements, this AdBlue™ IBC pump kit is available with a choice of low voltage or electric AdBlue™ pump (please see the product table below for all the options). The 24v & 12v AdBlue™ pump version of this Piusi AdBlue™ IBC Pump kit includes 2m cable and clips for connection to the vehicle’s battery, making it ideal for mobile refilling and a preferable choice for the agriculture and construction industries.
