The Piusi Premium Rotary Manual AdBlue™ Pump is specially designed for the transfer of AdBlue™ (DEF) from an IBC, where there is no access to power or where the quantity dispensed is not high enough to warrant a more expensive electric pump.

Thanks to its careful design and Italian construction, this Piusi pump has a higher specification compared to other AdBlue™ hand pumps on the market in several ways. Benefitting from a Stainless Steel outer casing as opposed to plastic, this Piusi AdBlue™ pump kit is more durable, giving it a longer life span. It also has a much smoother operation for the user thanks to its rolling hand grip and quality internals.

Designed specifically as an AdBlue™ IBC pump, this IBC plate mounted kit comes complete with suction and delivery hose, with swivel dispensing spout with on/off valve to close off the hose to prevent dripping. This kit is able to fitted to top or lower IBC bars, which makes it ideal for applications when the IBC is on a bund and fitting the AdBlue™ transfer pump to the top bar would be too high up to operate.

The Suzzara Blue Wall Box is a complete Piusi AdBlue™ pump kit designed for the secure storage and delivery of AdBlue™ (DEF). The self-priming membrane Piusi pump comes complete with a digital flow meter, delivery hose and automatic nozzle for shutting off when the vehicle tank is full. The electric AdBlue™ pump is fitted alongside the other components within a compact steel locking box for added security and protection against tampering. The nozzle is positioned in its own holder and is secured within the box when the door is closed, so that unauthorised users without a key cannot gain access.

These Piusi AdBlue™ transfer pumps are designed for dispensing from either an IBC or an AdBue™ storage tank, and can flexibly be installed either on a wall, into the tank or onto the IBC via a custom suction hose (not included as standard). 

The Piusi Suzzara Blue 3 Pure Pro (previously known as the Elite Three 25 AdBlue™ IBC Pump Kit) is a deluxe, high specification plated AdBlue™ transfer pump solution. Designed by Italian manufacturer Piusi for transferring AdBlue™ (DEF) from an IBC, this Piusi pump is more durable than others on the market thanks to its robust roll bar enclosure for protection against accidental impact and a locking bracket for a sturdy mounting to the IBC to prevent it easily being pulled off.

The Suzzara Blue 3 Pure Pro kit comprises of a self-priming Piusi AdBlue™ pump on a stainless steel plate complete with an automatic nozzle for shutting off when the tank is full, digital flow meter for measuring the quantity dispensed, delivery hose, suction hose and a 200-micron long-life filter. The filter supplied with this IBC AdBlue™ pump is designed to prevent possible contamination that occurs mainly when filling and transferring the fluid. The Suzzara Blue 3 Pure Pro Adblue™ IBC pump kit also benefits from a large practical hose holder allowing the hose to be rolled securely into place and a nozzle holster with a removable drip cup for easy cleaning.

There are 3 versions of this electric AdBlue™ pump kit available. All come with an automatic nozzle and breakaway spout mechanism so that if the driver drives away with the nozzle still inside the vehicle, the spout will disconnect rather than pulling the whole pump away with it. The standard AdBlue™ pump kit comes with an automatic nozzle with a built-in meter. We also supply a version with an automatic nozzle with a built-in meter and a magnetic spout device to prevent AdBlue™ from being miss-filled into a diesel tank. The third version of this AdBlue™ IBC pump kit has a Piusi K24 flow meter which comes separate from the automatic nozzle.

The Piusi Suzzara Blue 3 Pro is an improved and redesigned version of the market known Suzzara Blue AdBlue™ IBC Pump Kit. This new stainless steel plated AdBlue™ transfer pump solution from the Italian manufacturer Piusi is different from competing products on the market thanks to its robust and sturdy roll bar enclosure, which protects the pump from accidental impact. Designed as a ready to go solution for the dispensing of AdBlue™ (DEF), specifically from an IBC, this AdBlue™ IBC pump kit comes with a self-priming membrane Piusi AdBlue™ pump, flow meter for measuring how much has been dispensed, automatic nozzle to shut off when the tank is full, delivery and suction hose and IBC connector.

The Suzzara Blue 3 Pro AdBlue™ pump kit can be mounted securely onto the IBC with the integrated locking bracket to ensure the Piusi pump kit cannot be easily pulled off under force. It also benefits from a large practical hose holder allowing the hose to be rolled securely and neatly and a nozzle holster with a removable drip cup for easy cleaning.

Depending upon user requirements, this AdBlue™ IBC pump kit is available with a choice of low voltage or electric AdBlue™ pump (please see the product table below for all the options). The 24v & 12v AdBlue™ pump version of this Piusi AdBlue™ IBC Pump kit includes 2m cable and clips for connection to the vehicle’s battery, making it ideal for mobile refilling and a preferable choice for the agriculture and construction industries. For versions with filter, we recommend the Suzzara Blue 3 Pure Pro IBC AdBlue™ Pump Kit.

The Piusi Grease Bucket Lever Hand Pump is a lever hand pump fitted to a 16kg capacity grease bucket container, designed for the cost effective dispensing of small quantities of grease. The sealed lid on this grease transfer pump keeps the grease free from contamination but can be unscrewed to refill the container from a drum. The integrated carry handle makes these grease bucket pumps easily manoeuvrable around the workshop and a foot plate ensures the pail is kept sturdy whilst the pump is in operation.

These Piusi pumps come with 2 meters of high pressure delivery hose, 4 jaw connector and ball valve to prevent leaking when not in use and come complete with follower plate and suction pipe.

The Piusi Oil Bucket Lever Hand Pump is a lever hand pump fitted with its own 16kg capacity oil bucket container. This cost effective solution for dispensing small quantities of oil has a sealed lid to prevent contamination which can also be unscrewed to refill the container from a drum. This oil transfer pump has an integrated carry handle for easy manoeuvrability around the workshop and a foot plate to keep the pail sturdy whilst the pump is in operation.

These Piusi pumps come with 2 meters of flexible delivery hose, a spout and suction downtube; everything you need to begin dispensing immediately.

The Piusi Air Operated Oil Drum Pump Mobile Kit is the “Pro + Silent” air oil pump as part of a portable, ready to dispense drum kit mounted onto a trolley. Designed for moving the pump around a garage and workshop that has multiple dispensing points, this air powered oil transfer pump comes complete with a K400 nozzle with integrated flow meter for easily viewing the quantity of oil dispensed and delivery hose. Thanks to its 2” bung adaptor, this air operated oil pump can be directly fitting on to a drum without fuss.

These air powered oil transfer pumps are available for 60 or 205litre drums, with or without hose reel. These Piusi pump kits are available with either a 3:1 air oil pump for pumping medium viscosity oils over short to medium distances, or a 5:1 version for medium to high viscosity oils over medium to long distances.

The Piusi Air Operated Oil Drum Pump Kit is the “Pro + Silent” air oil pump within a wall mounted kit ready to connect and dispense from a drum in garage and workshop environments. This wall mounted stub air powered oil transfer pump comes with a K400 nozzle meter for easily identifying the amount dispensed, a hose reel with long length hose for reaching further away bays and a drum suction kit. The drum suction kit comes with suction down tube, 2" BSP bung adaptor and suction hose to connect the wall mounted air operated oil pump and the drum.

The Piusi Air Operated Oil Drum Pump Kit is the “Pro + Silent” air oil pump as part of a ready to dispense kit for mounting to a barrel. Designed for reliable performance in garage and workshop environments, this air powered oil transfer pump comes complete with a K400 nozzle with integrated flow meter for easily viewing the quantity of oil dispensed. Depending upon the customer requirements, the kit is supplied with a choice of 5m oil dispensing hose or a wall mounted hose reel with longer length hose for reaching further away bays.

Thanks to its 2” bung adaptor, this air operated oil pump can be directly fitting on to a 205 litre drum without fuss. These Piusi pump kits are available with either a 3:1 air oil pump for pumping medium viscosity oils over short to medium distances, or a 5:1 version for medium to high viscosity oils over medium to long distances.

The Piusi Drum Mounted oil transfer pump is a simple system which allows you to connect it easily to the top of a drum, giving you the ability to transfer fuel quickly. These Piusi pumps can be supplied with or without flow meter with the options of automatic or manual nozzles. These oil transfer pumps are commonly used in a construction, workshop or agricultural environment.

The Piusi Wall Mounted oil transfer pumps are a simple and ready to fit refuelling solution. It is ideal for the private refueling sector, but can be used in most refuelling environments due to its compact size and versatile nature. This Piusi pump unit, which comes complete with a hose and nozzle, can also be mounted directly onto the tank or on a wall piped back into a tank. These electric fuel transfer pumps can be supplied in various configurations.

The Piusi Viscotroll DC oil transfer pump is a portable pumping system, which is designed to transfer oil from a drum anywhere in the workshop, without the need for compressed air or mains power. This Piusi pump unit is comprised of a drum trolley, gear oil transfer pump with a 12v DC motor, a nozzle and hose. Viscotroll DC oil transfer pumps also benefit from an in-built battery charger. These mobile 12v fuel transfer pumps can be supplied in a number of forms including models with a flow meter and pressure switch.
