The Piusi Pro Eight Cube B.SMART Fuel Management System dispenser is designed to meet market demands with its compact, intuitive, and user-friendly design. The Piusi Pro Eight Cube B.SMART fuel dispenser includes the Piusi Water Captor Filter, designed to absorb water particles in the liquid, ensuring clean fuel delivery. Its design simplifies installation for tank manufacturers, requiring only one unit and thus reducing the footprint. The filter is discreetly housed within the pedestal, maintaining a sleek appearance. The renowned Piusi Panther 72 pump remains a key component, and the compact 8 metre reel keeps the hose off the floor during storage. Additionally, the dispenser comes with 10 B.SMART user licenses.

B.SMART is an industry-recognised, compact fuel management system known for its fast and reliable refuelling, thanks to its high-performance Italian design. The cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, provides fleet managers with remote, real-time data on fuel usage. Using a licensed app on the driver’s iOS or Android device, the system activates dispensing via Bluetooth and sends transaction data to the cloud. This allows real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal accessible via PC, tablet, or smartphone, eliminating the need for separate reports or site visits.

Managers can view up-to-date refuelling transaction reports by date, fuel quantity, driver, vehicle, and dispenser. They can also remotely control fuel dispensing by managing driver access through the mobile app license, preventing unauthorised fuel use.

The Piusi Cube AdBlue Agilis dispenser is designed to simplify and ensure the safe transfer, dispensing, and monitoring of AdBlue. Its modern, compact design from the Italian manufacturer guarantees practicality and reliability in every situation.

This AdBlue dispenser features a self-priming electric membrane pump with a flow rate of 30 l/min, making it ideal for quick refuelling needs for up to 250 users.

The patented SB325_X automatic nozzle, equipped with a break-away system, ensures safety and precision. Additionally, the 3D filter, specifically designed for AdBlue, guarantees impurity-free dispensing. The 3/4" delivery hose, which is 6 meters long, provides further operational flexibility.

The Cube AdBlue Agilis Fuel Management System from Piusi also includes a microswitch for automatic pump shutdown when the dispensing nozzle is returned to its holder, enhancing convenience and safety.

With the Agilis software, you can get detailed reporting and monitoring of each AdBlue refuelling event for even more control and visibility of your AdBlue consumption.

The Piusi Self Service B.SMART AdBlue™ Management System is a compact, freestanding dispensing unit which offers authorised users fast and precise dispensing from an AdBlue storage tank™ with fluid monitoring features. Like the Piusi Self Service MC AdBlue™ this fluid management system is a sturdy, all in one unit with integrated AdBlue™ transfer pump, nozzle, pulse meter and 70 micron particle filter, with the additional benefit of the B.SMART software from industry-leading manufacturer Piusi.

B.SMART is the first cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, providing fleet managers with remote and real-time data online on their fuel use. Using a licenced app on the driver’s iOS or Android mobile device, the system will dispense once activated via Bluetooth. Then when the transaction is complete, the system will send the data using the network data on the driver’s mobile phone. This enables real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites.

As well as being able to view up to date transaction reports by date, the quantity of fluid taken, driver, vehicle and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The Piusi B.SMART online fuel management system will only allow those drivers set with a mobile app licence by the manager to dispense and therefore prevents unauthorised use.

This Piusi Air Operated Oil Pump Kit has a 3:1 air operated oil pump in a heavy duty kit for assembly and easy mounting onto a drum.

The Piusi oil pump kit has a metal mounting plate and 2 tube brackets for a sturdy installation on an IBC, with a drip tray to catch any excess fluid left in the nozzle spout.

There are 3 options to choose from with this air operated oil pump kit, one with an Easyoil nozzle and 5m x ½" oil dispensing hose, or 2 options with a K400 nozzle meter with either a 5m hose or a 15m hose reel.

This Piusi 24v and 12v Pump is designed for the portable dispensing of AdBlue (DEF) from a drum. Thanks to its 2m cable and clips for connection to the vehicle’s battery, this AdBlue drum pump is ideal for mobile applications where a drum needs to be moved to different dispensing locations or where mains power isn't available.

Complete with delivery hose, manual nozzle, suction downtube with strainer and 2” drum connector, this ready to use AdBlue transfer pump kit can be easily disconnected and moved between drums.

This hand fuel pump is a perfect cost-effective dispensing solution where there is no access to power, or where the quantity dispensed is not high enough to warrant a more expensive electric pump.

The Piusibox Portable 24v AdBlue™ Pump is a ready to dispense, portable pumping solution in a sturdy pull along box. This AdBlue™ transfer pump kit comes complete with delivery hose, manual nozzle, suction hose with strainer, providing the user with everything they need for the mobile refilling of their vehicle.

As its suction hose can be easily dropped into either a drum or IBC, the Piusibox AdBlue™ pump is ideal if there are multiple different containers on site. Thanks to its 2m cable and clips for connection to the vehicle’s battery, it does not need mains power to operate which has seen it become a popular solution in the agricultural and construction markets.

This Piusi pump’s protective box helps prevent contamination and aids transportation in heavy duty environments. To further prevent contamination, it comes with an AdBlue™ long life filter for removing any impurities and a pair of gloves.

The Piusi Premium Rotary Manual AdBlue™ Pump is specially designed for the transfer of AdBlue™ (DEF) from a square bar IBC, where there is no access to power or where the quantity dispensed is not high enough to warrant a more expensive electric pump.

Thanks to its careful design and Italian construction, this Piusi pump has a higher specification compared to other AdBlue™ hand pumps on the market in several ways. Benefitting from a Stainless Steel outer casing as opposed to plastic, this Piusi AdBlue™ pump is more durable, giving it a longer life span. It also has a much smoother operation for the user thanks to its rolling hand grip and quality internals.

Designed specifically as AdBlue™ IBC pump, this IBC plate mounted kit comes complete with suction and delivery hose, with 19mm stainless steel spout, which comes with spout stopper to reduce crystallisation that can cause mess and blockages. The SEC Connector in the picture is supplied separately to this AdBlue™ transfer pump – see Accessories table.

Please note: This IBC AdBlue™ pump kit is designed for fitting to the top bar of a squared bar IBC only.

The Piusi AdBlue™ Hand Pump is a premium, manual rotary model specially designed for the transfer of AdBlue™ (DEF) from a drum, where there is no access to power or where the quantity dispensed is not high enough to warrant a more expensive electric pump.

Thanks to its careful design and Italian construction, this Piusi pump has a higher specification compared to other AdBlue™ hand pumps on the market in several ways. Benefitting from a Stainless Steel outer casing as opposed to plastic, this Piusi AdBlue™ pump is more durable, giving it a longer life span. It also has a much smoother operation for the user thanks to its rolling hand grip and quality internals.

The inlet of this AdBlue™ drum pump benefits from a grooved locking mechanism for securing it tightly onto the drum connector. This stops it from spinning on the drum whilst in use; a common issue with cheaper solutions that can result in the AdBlue™ hand pump coming loose and leaking.

There is a ready to dispense version of this AdBlue™ transfer pump that comes with a 2.5m delivery hose and 19mm stainless steel spout, which comes with spout stopper to reduce crystallisation that can cause mess and blockages.

The Piusi Shark (SQUALO35) AdBlue pump is the first submersible pump specifically designed  for dispensing AdBlue™ from an AdBlue™ tank, rather than for water transfer. Firstly, it's 35lpm flow rate is the proven speed in the market for refilling vehicles and off road machinery with AdBlue, due to the smaller tank size than diesel. Also, thanks to its integrated bypass valve, this submersible AdBlue pump can be used with a nozzle without the added cost of buying a pressure relief valve. 

Reduced overall dimensions guarantee easy installation of this compact electric AdBlue™ pump, ideal for when there isn't room for a pump in the tank cabinet. The low 30mm suction level of the Shark offers almost complete emptying of the tank, exceeding that of alternative submersible AdBlue Pump models, and has a strainer to remove any debris that may have entered and sank to the bottom of the tank to prevent it from entering the pump or the vehicle SCR system. Thanks to it being a regenerative turbine pump, it benefits from pressure building capabilities ten or more times that of a centrifugal pump with the same impeller diameter and speed.The Piusi Shark also has a built in pressure regulator that optimises flow rate to reduce unnecessary energy consumption, saving the user on energy costs.

A version of this Piusi pump is available with a 6 minute timer, to prevent the pump from dry running damage in the event of the user forgetting to turn it off when they have finished dispensing. 

The Piusi Suzzara Blue Electric AdBlue™ Drum Pump is designed for the dispensing of AdBlue™ (DEF) specifically from a drum. Thanks to its spring-loaded Stainless Steel plate, this Adblue™ transfer pump can be securely top mounted onto a drum, ensuring protection against any accidental impact that otherwise could knock the pump off the drum and cause damage.

Complete with delivery hose, manual nozzle, suction downtube and AF2 Trisure drum connector, this electric AdBlue™ pump can be easily disconnected and moved between AdBlue™ drums as a ready to dispense kit. It also benefits from an anti-drip nozzle holster for the clean storage of the nozzle when refilling has finished.
