Piusi Bi-Pump Portable Diesel Transfer Pump (12v/24v)
The Plastic Fuel Tank Filler Cap is a cost effective solution to cap off male threads on fill points on fuel storage tanks, tanker faucets and valves. The main function of a tank fill point cap is to prevent dripping and to stop unwanted debris and water from entering into the fill pipe. Whilst they are primarily sold as a diesel or oil tank cap, they are a multipurpose solution that can be used with any compatible fluid.
The plastic fuel tank filler cap is a basic option when no additional security is required, and benefits from small lugs positioned around the cap and an alloy chain and clip to make it easier to fit and remove by hand.
The K24 AdBlue™ pulse meter accurately measures the quantity of urea dispensed in an AdBlue pump installation.
These AdBlue - known as DEF in the US - digital turbine pulse meters are used to interface flow data with external systems, and therefore have no display to read off.
Flow rate: 6-100ltr Per Min
Fluid viscosity: 2-5.35 cSt
Pulses: 88 Per Ltr
Accuracy +/-1% after calibration
1" M BSP Inlet/Outlet c/w socket
The Piusi A80 diesel nozzle is automatic fuel nozzle designed for private, non-resale refuelling of vehicles. As an automatic fuel pump nozzle, it will shut off when the tank is full, preventing an overfill scenario and allowing the safe use of the integrated 3 positions stay open latch. The Piusi standard automatic diesel nozzle is strong and reliable with a higher flow rate compared to A60 nozzle, making it a perfect solution for refuelling larger vehicles such as lorries, agriculture and plant machinery.
The Piusi Auto 80 refuelling nozzle is commonly used alongside high speed, powered diesel pump systems. The fuel nozzle is also available with a lower and higher flow rate (please see related products), depending upon the speed of the pumping system is for use with.
This automatic fuel nozzle is well known in the market as a reliable and comfortable to handle solution, without the added cost that comes with the forecourt style brands.
Not suitable for gravity fed operation.
The Piusi ST Box electric diesel transfer pump is a self-contained diesel refuelling pump kit, in a sturdy steel locking box designed for secure and safe refuelling activities. Depending upon the refuelling location, this Piusi fuel pump can be mounted on either a static or mobile fuel storage tank that is the designated vehicle refuelling point. These diesel fuel transfer pumps are available in Basic and Pro versions depending upon the customer's individual requirements. Both options include a fuel dispensing pump, automatic nozzle, flow meter, hose and filter.
The Pro version of the electric fuel transfer pump is able to control access to the pump via coded keys thanks to the incorporated Access 85, which prevents unauthorised users from drawing fuel. It also supports integration of a level sensor to stop the pump should the fuel level drop too low in the bunded fuel tank. Also included in the Pro model is a nozzle holder with pump start lever, that automatically turns the pump off when the nozzle is put back. This combined with the addition of an emergency stop and pump timer creates a very safe, user friendly easy to install diesel fuel dispenser.
