This Oil Spill Kit contains all you need to simply and quickly deal with an oil spill in a portable and easy to access clip close carrier. Designed to absorb all hydrocarbon based oils, fuels, lubricants and petroleum based liquids, this emergency spill kit is a must have for wherever fuel or oil is stored, delivered or handled. Versions are available to clean up 10litres, 20litres and 40litres depending upon the individual requirements.

This Oil Spill Kit includes oil spill socks for containing the spill and stopping it spreading. These booms have a very flexible outer skin to ensure each have a high fluid absorbency of 7.5litres and high spill retention by moulding to the surface they are laid on. It also includes oil spill pads for absorbing the remaining fluid, each with a capacity of 1.1litres.

Due to their hydrophobic nature, the spill absorbents do not soak up water making them ideal for applications where water and oils must be separated. The spill pads remain buoyant in water, even when fully saturated, allowing them to absorb oil off the top.

The Parker Carbopress Diesel Delivery Hose is a well-known brand of strong and durable fuel hose. Usually supplied as standard on the Piusi pump kits e.g. Cube, ST and Drum range, this diesel hose is often purchased as a replacement for an existing pumping installation. The Parker fuel dispensing hose is available in 4m and 6m assemblies as standard, but can also be purchased in coils or by the metre should you have differing requirements. A petrol version is also available.

The K33 ATEX is a mechanical flow meter suitable for the monitoring of diesel, gasoline and kerosene. For non-commercial use, the K33 ATEX meets the ATEX requirements for precise measurement of the quantity of Gasoline, kerosene and diesel dispensed in environments with a high risk of explosion.

The ATEX mechanical flow meter has a 3-digit partial indicator, and a 6 digit totaliser.

PRECISION AND QUALITY

The K33 ATEX mechanical flow meter for gasoline, kerosene and diesel has been designed to ensure precise measurement of the amount of fuel dispensed. Easy to calibrate and install, the K33 ATEX flow meter can monitor the quantity of fuel dispensed for a maximum flow rate of 20-120 l/min and with a maximum working pressure of the pump of 3.5 bar. In addition, it can guarantee a burst pressure of 28 bar with a metering accuracy of +/- 1%.

The K33 ATEX mechanical flow meter for gasoline, kerosene and diesel is suitable for application to pumps or gasoline dispensers and is suitable for those who are looking for a simple and economic product, without particular need for control over the fleet of vehicles. The K33 ATEX can be installed in any position on both rigid and flexible pipes, as well as directly on pumps or tanks. It can also be used by gravity, thanks to its low resistance to flow.

The K33 ATEX as an ATEX flow meter is included in group II, category 2 G IIB T=85°C (T6), and therefore it is suitable for working in areas classified as "1" and "2" according to directive 99/92/EC.
