The Piusi MC Box B.SMART is an industry recognised, “add on” fuel monitoring unit able to be retrofitted to existing pumping installations that don’t need replacing.

B.SMART is the first cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, providing the fleet manager with remote and real-time data on their fuel use online. It works by using a licenced app on the driver’s iOS or Android mobile device to activate the dispensing via Bluetooth, and its network to send the data to the cloud once the transaction is complete. This enables the real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites. 

One of the largest benefits of the Piusi B.SMART is that unlike other cloud-based fuel management systems on the market, there are no ongoing subscription or hosting fees to account for, you simply buy the system and that's it.

As well as being able to view up to date refuelling transaction reports by date, the quantity of fuel taken, driver, vehicle and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense the fuel by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The Piusi B.SMART online fuel management system therefore also prevents unauthorised fuel use, as only those drivers set a with a mobile app licence by the manager can draw fuel. 

New for June 2020 is the Piusi MC Box 230v 2 Pump Version. Benefitting from the additional feature of being able to manage two pumps from a single unit, the user can now monitor two separate tanks or split tanks containing diesel and red diesel, or diesel and AdBlue with just the cost of one MC Box!

The Aluminium Hose Tail is a light duty, male hose barb that has a brass colour finish. These hose tails are available for hoses with an 1”/25mm inner diameter.

The Piusi Delphin PRO AdBlue™ Pump Car Dispenser is specifically designed for refilling passenger cars and vans with AdBlue™ cleanly and safely in a garage/service environment. It allows AdBlue® to be bought & dispensed from bulk in 200 litre drums rather than the small, costly throwaway 5 litre containers. Tried and tested by leading OEMs and car dealership networks worldwide as a quick, reliable and clean solution, the Delphin PRO AdBlue™ dispenser overcomes many problems that the market has identified using through other refilling systems.

The Delphin PRO is a closed, clean car refilling system meaning no unpleasant odours, no vapours, no spills and no contamination of the stored AdBlue™. Simply turn the AdBlue™ pump on at the control panel and it will dispense automatically into the vehicle until the tank is full, which means there is no need for the mechanic to supervise the process. The user is able to select from two alternative dispensing speeds depending upon whether it is a car or a van being refilled.

The Piusi Delphin PRO also benefits from a universal ISO connector compatible with any vehicle filler cap, and a patented self-cleaning spout which ensures no crystallisation. The Delphin AdBlue™ dispenser is installed on a trolley for easy manoeuvring between bays, which fits both 60litre and 200litres drums.   

New for 2019  is the Piusi Delphin PRO_X, which benefits from automatic flow rate adjustment according to the vehicle tank being filled (instead of the car/van setting), and a pre-set function that stops dispensing when the set quantity is reached. The Delphin PRO_X has a flow rate range of 2-15lpm, ensuring full compliance with all vehicles and is available in both AC and DC. 

The Piusi Turbinox AdBlue™ Pulse Meter accurately measures the amount of AdBlue™ but also diesel, lubrication oil, anti-freeze and windscreen wash liquid, that has been used at a maximum flow rate of 40lpm. These Piusi pulse meters have no electronic display, as they are generally used with external systems allowing the amount of fuel consumption to be accessed elsewhere. The Turbinox AdBlue™ flow meter with pulse output can be used in conjunction with a non-commercial AdBlue pump either part of or externally inline. These diesel pulse meters can also be used in industrial applications.
