The CTS Mains Operated Multi-Compartment Fuel Tank Alarm system has three functions; to detect and warn of a tank overfill, a high/low liquid level and a bund leak. If this fuel tank alarm identifies any of these issues, the zone in question will light up on the alarm’s screen, combined with an alarm sounder and flashing orange strobe, which provides the user with a clear warning of the activated tank state. Each zone can be configured in any of the three functions High, Low or Bund, enabling the complete customisation of these fuel tank alarms based upon the user's requirements with a very simple set of electrical jumpers.

Options are available complete with three relays, to allow external equipment to be connected to each zone of the tank level alarm such as building management system for remote monitoring. This level and bund alarm also has the additional feature of controlling the pump from the relays (if fitted). When the fuel storage tank contents are 'low', the pump switches on and stays on until 'high' is reached.

If you require a tank level alarm for something other than diesel or light oil, we also supply a water and chemical alarm probe, and a high viscosity oil tank level probe – which is also suitable for AdBlue as well as high viscosity oils.

The Piusi Clear Captor Fuel Tank Filter can be installed into the pumping system either at the suction or delivery end. This fuel filter ensures that the diesel that is dispensed is particle and debris free. Thanks to its clear bowl, this diesel filter allows the visual inspection of the fuel being dispensed and the identification of any impurities present.

With a maximum flow rate of 100litres per minute, these fuel storage tank filters for diesel are designed for use on higher flow rate systems. When the user notices a reduction in flow rate, the removable cartridge inside these fuel filters may need to be replaced.

The Piusi HQC Quick Release Couplings are specially designed for diesel transfer applications. The inner bore of these hose couplings are slightly larger than traditional couplings that are usually designed for hydraulic oil. This minimises the resistance that occurred when the bores were too small for the higher diesel transfer flow rates.

Both the coupler and nipple are supplied as one complete quick release coupling assembly, and they come complete with red plastic caps to prevent any leakages. 

The Samoa 70 Litre Mobile Oil Dispenser is designed for dispensing lubricants in remote areas of a workshop. The two wheels and sturdy handle enable easy movement of the unit. The 70 litre vessel comes fitted with a manual hand pump, 1.5m delivery and an angled spout with drip collector. Options include a digital flow meter to enable accurate measurement of oil dispensed.
