Piusi Access 85 Fuel Security System - Self Install Kit

The Fuel Tank Vent Cap is to be used on an above ground fuel storage tank’s 2” male thread to provide ventilation. These vent caps, which are designed to be fitted on to heating oil storage tanks, have a plastic mesh that prevents particles and debris from getting into the tank from this point. As these have no thread, either side of the oil tank vent cap has a screw that cuts into the male thread on the tank enabling it to be held into place.

The Piusi Self Service MC Fuel Management System is an innovative raps oil and diesel dispenser, which offers authorised users fast and precise dispensing and fuel monitoring features. This Piusi fuel monitoring unit, which comes standard with a nozzle holder, incorporated diesel transfer pump, motor and electronic meter, is capable of recording the date, time and amount of fuel dispensed for the last 255 transactions.

The Self Service MC fleet fuel management system has the capability of controlling up to 80 users as standard, allowing only these users to have access to the pump and therefore providing the tank owner with fuel security. It can be controlled and set up at the unit, by means of pin code or magnetic data key.

Whereas these stand-alone Piusi fuel management systems show transaction data on the unit’s screen; there is an optional Piusi Self Service Management 2018  software package that permits the exporting of data to a local PC for analysis. For more advanced software look at the Self Service 2.0 version of this unit. The Self Service MC diesel management systems come either as floor-mounted versions or Mini versions, which can be wall-mounted or fitted onto the side of a bunded diesel tank.

Gravity hose kits are a cost effective solution for dispensing AdBlue™ (otherwise known as DEF) from an IBC rather than installing an AdBlue pump system. This is a popular solution for, but not limited to, the agricultural market.

This model of AdBlue™ gravity hose kit is made up of a choice of clear spiral of black EPDM AdBlue delivery hose with hose clips supplied, the Suzzara Blue manual nozzle and a 60 x 6 IBC bottom adaptor.

It's available in either 3m or 4m kits, to cater for how high off the ground the IBC in question is. You should not order a kit much longer than what is necessary for the height of the system, as any additional hose beyond this point may reduce the flow rate you could be achieving.

The Piusi Wall Mounted EX50 ATEX Fuel Transfer Pump is a plated fuel transfer pump kit for dispensing flammable liquid in Zone 1 environments. This ATEX approved Piusi fuel pump satisfies the European directives for explosion proof equipment, which makes it suitable for transferring petrol, kerosene or non-flammable liquids such as diesel within a potentially explosive atmosphere.

Thanks to its mounting plate, this electric fuel transfer pump kit is a ready to go solution ideal for connecting straight onto a wall or a tank in static installations. The kit includes a Piusi ATEX automatic nozzle with nozzle holster and switch, delivery hose, mechanical flow meter and inline mesh suction strainer.
