The Piusi Cube B.SMART is an industry recognised, compact fuel dispenser for fast and reliable refuelling thanks to its high performance, Italian design.

B.SMART is the first cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, providing the fleet manager with remote and real-time data on their fuel use online. It works by using a licenced app on the driver’s iOS or Android mobile device to activate the dispensing via Bluetooth, and its network to send the data to the cloud once the transaction is complete. This enables the real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites. 

One of the largest benefits of the Piusi B.SMART is that unlike other cloud-based fuel management systems on the market, there are no ongoing subscription or hosting fees to account for, you simply buy the system and that's it.

As well as being able to view up to date refuelling transaction reports by date, the quantity of fuel taken, driver, vehicle and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense the fuel by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The Piusi B.SMART online fuel management system therefore also prevents unauthorised fuel use, as only those drivers set a with a mobile app licence by the manager can draw fuel. 

The Piusi Ocio Fuel Tank Gauge is a continuous reading, hydrostatic digital tank level monitoring device designed primarily for commercial diesel fuel tanks. Once calibrated using the specific tank measurements, the Piusi Ocio electronically displays the tank level reading in mm, litre or percentage depending upon the user preference.

This fuel tank level gauge allows the user to configure low and high level status alerts, which upon activation causes the LED screen to flash to visually alert the user that the level has been reached for them to take action. It also benefits from two configurable relays for sending the high/low level alert statuses to other equipment e.g. a low level tank alarm for an audiable alert, a remote building management system or to the pump on the tank to turn it off e.g. in day tank filling.

The Piusi Ocio gauge is a versatile fuel tank level indicator suitable for use on vertical cylindrical, horizontal cylindrical and rectangular tanks up to 4m high. Whilst the standard model is designed primarily for diesel, there is an AdBlue™ tank gauge version available and a kit to make the standard Ocio compatible with oil popular in garage and workshop environments. There is also a 4-20ma output model available to allow you to send the level readings to a building management system, whereas the standard model would only send the set high/level alarm statuses to the BMS.

The Piusi CFD 150-30 Water Captor Fuel Tank Filter can be fitted to both the suction and delivery side of the system, ensuring that the diesel that is transferred is free of particles and water. Due to it having a maximum flow rate of 150lpm, this fuel storage tank filter is popular amongst high flow pumping systems. This diesel filter is installed simply by spinning on the cartridge, making replacing the filter an easy task. The Piusi CFD 150-30 filter element only is available in the accessories table for when the original gets full. 

The GoldenRod Fuel Tank Filter Wrench is a handy tool, which enables the easy removal and fitting of the GoldenRod bowl/filter housing when the user needs to replace the filter element inside. It benefits from small grooves that fit over the notches on the GoldenRod bowls, which are also compatible with the fitting of similar brands of bowl filters. 

The use of the filter wrench limits of the risk of cracking of the bowl whilst trying to apply pressure to screw it off. It also ensures that when it is screwed back on after replacing the element that it is tight enough to prevent leaks.
