Lever Ball Valves

The Stainless Steel Lockable Lever Ball Valve is designed for applications where brass is not suitable. This version of ball valve is therefore used for installations with more aggressive fluids such as AdBlue™ and chemical fluid pipelines. The lockable lever ball valves can be locked using a padlock in either the open or closed position, and the locking device covers the stem nut, which means that if the padlock is on, the lever is impossible to remove.

This valve us fatted with an Anti-blowout stem and PTFE seals. PN63 Rating, Temperature -10°C to 180°C.

The Brass Lockable Lever Ball Valve is designed for a variety of applications and is available in a range of sizes. These lockable brass ball valves include a locking mechanism meaning that these are often required for security or safety. The Red Handle Lever Ball Valve is a nickel-plated full bore brass ball valve popular in fuel, plumbing, heating & waterworks applications. Designed for starting/shutting off flow, these lever ball valves have a PVC coated steel handle, PTFE seats and an anti-blowout stem.

Rated PN32 ¼” to 1”, PN25 1¼” to 2”, PN30 2½” & 4”, Temperature 0°C to 90°C.

The Yellow Handle Lever Ball Valve is a nickel-plated full bore brass valve popular within gas, water and fuel applications and comes in a range of sizes. These lever ball valves are WRAS and EN331:1998 gas approved, have a steel handle, NBR o-ring and PTFE seals, and come in two different pressure ratings depending upon the size of the valve.
