Piusi K24 ATEX Digital Flow Meter
The Piusi K24 Fuel Flow Meter is a digital turbine meter designed for the accurate counting of the quantity of diesel or water dispensed. Designed for flexible installation, this fuel counter meter can be added inline or by the nozzle end for easy reading of the compact yet clear digital display. This diesel fuel flow meter also has a face that can be rotated four way for ease of installation. Watch this video to see how to change the flow direction to meet your requirements.
This diesel flow meter is of lightweight plastic construction, which makes it perfect for portable diesel transfer applications such as in the agricultural and plant markets where the dispensing system needs to be carried around. Thanks to its low minimum flow rate, the K24 flow meter is suitable for gravity as well as pump installations.
The K33 ATEX is a mechanical flow meter suitable for the monitoring of diesel, gasoline and kerosene. For non-commercial use, the K33 ATEX meets the ATEX requirements for precise measurement of the quantity of Gasoline, kerosene and diesel dispensed in environments with a high risk of explosion.
The ATEX mechanical flow meter has a 3-digit partial indicator, and a 6 digit totaliser.
PRECISION AND QUALITY
The K33 ATEX mechanical flow meter for gasoline, kerosene and diesel has been designed to ensure precise measurement of the amount of fuel dispensed. Easy to calibrate and install, the K33 ATEX flow meter can monitor the quantity of fuel dispensed for a maximum flow rate of 20-120 l/min and with a maximum working pressure of the pump of 3.5 bar. In addition, it can guarantee a burst pressure of 28 bar with a metering accuracy of +/- 1%.
RELIABILITY
The K33 ATEX mechanical flow meter for gasoline, kerosene and diesel is suitable for application to pumps or gasoline dispensers and is suitable for those who are looking for a simple and economic product, without particular need for control over the fleet of vehicles. The K33 ATEX can be installed in any position on both rigid and flexible pipes, as well as directly on pumps or tanks. It can also be used by gravity, thanks to its low resistance to flow.
The K33 ATEX as an ATEX flow meter is included in group II, category 2 G IIB T=85°C (T6), and therefore it is suitable for working in areas classified as "1" and "2" according to directive 99/92/EC.
The Fill-Rite Series 900 mechanical fuel flow meter is a reliable solution for measuring how much diesel, petrol, kerosene and biodiesel up to B30 has been dispensed. It operates via a nutating disk system and clearly displays quantities up to 9999 litres on the fuel counter face. The face on this easy to install and calibrate diesel fuel flow meter is also able to be rotated 90 degrees to increase the flexibility of the installation.
Approved to EX II 2G c T6, the Series 900 fuel counter meter is certified safe for the dispensing of flammable liquids and the transfer of fuel in potentially explosive environments. These petrol and diesel flow meters are also capable of performing accurately in gravity as well as pump systems, thanks to its low minimum flow rate.
The K24 Turbine Fuel Pulse Meter is a digital turbine pulse meter, designed for measuring the transfer of diesel and flammable liquids such as petrol.
This K24 digitial pulse meter has an aluminium body making it very sturdy and durable, and is also bi-directional allowing the flow to be counted either way. These fuel flow meters with pulse output have no electronic display as they are used to interface consumption information with external management systems, or indicators allowing the information to be read and stored elsewhere. The K24 turbine pulse meter can be used in flammable environments, and is also for use with a non commercial fuel delivery pump either part of, or externally inline.
