The Piusi IBC Mounted Oil Transfer Pump Kits are a range of Viscomat pumps fitted to plate designed specifically for dispensing oil from an IBC. Depending upon the viscocity of the oil and flow rate required, there are options of either the Piusi Viscomat 70, 90 or Flowmat oil pumps. These kits come supplied with a Viscomat pump, IBC mounting plate, manual shut off nozzle, oil flow meter and 4 metre delivery hose.

These kits aren't supplied with a suction connector and so this would need to be purchased separately.

The Hytek IBC Mounted AdBlue Transfer Pump kit, is supplied with all parts to enable quick and easy transfer of AdBlue from an IBC. Neatly fitted to a bracket, this pump kit comes fitted with the choice of an Automatic, or Manual nozzle.

The Piusi Premium Rotary Manual Diesel Pump is specially designed for the transfer of diesel from an IBC. This hand fuel pump is a perfect cost-effective dispensing solution where there is no access to power, or where the quantity dispensed is not high enough to warrant a more expensive electric pump. 

Carefully designed by the leading Italian manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, Piusi, this manual diesel pump has a higher specification compared to other hand pumps on the market. Built with Stainless Steel outer casing as opposed to plastic, this Piusi diesel transfer pump kit is more durable, giving it a longer life span. Designed specifically as an IBC fuel pump, this IBC plate mounted kit includes suction and delivery hose, with swivel dispensing spout with on/off valve to close off the hose to prevent dripping and it is ready to be installed straight away. This new stainless steel plated AdBlue™ transfer pump solution from the Italian manufacturer Piusi is different from competing products on the market thanks to its robust and sturdy roll bar enclosure, which protects the pump from accidental impact. Designed as a ready to go solution for the dispensing of AdBlue™ (DEF), specifically from an IBC, this AdBlue™ IBC pump kit comes with a self-priming membrane Piusi AdBlue™ pump, flow meter for measuring how much has been dispensed, automatic nozzle to shut off when the tank is full, delivery and suction hose and IBC connector.

The Suzzara Blue 3 Pro AdBlue™ pump kit can be mounted securely onto the IBC with the integrated locking bracket to ensure the Piusi pump kit cannot be easily pulled off under force. It also benefits from a large practical hose holder allowing the hose to be rolled securely and neatly and a nozzle holster with a removable drip cup for easy cleaning.

Depending upon user requirements, this AdBlue™ IBC pump kit is available with a choice of low voltage or electric AdBlue™ pump (please see the product table below for all the options). The 24v & 12v AdBlue™ pump version of this Piusi AdBlue™ IBC Pump kit includes 2m cable and clips for connection to the vehicle’s battery, making it ideal for mobile refilling and a preferable choice for the agriculture and construction industries. For versions with filter, we recommend the Suzzara Blue 3 Pure Pro IBC AdBlue™ Pump Kit.

The IBC Electric Diesel Transfer Pump Kit is a specially designed plated unit for transferring diesel that is stored in an IBC. This fuel dispenser is designed specifically for dispensing fuel from an IBC to provide high performance and reliability. The kit comes with an installed Piusi Panther 56 electric pump that its know for its high quality and durability.

Comprising of a Piusi Panther 56 diesel fuel transfer pump, automatic fuel nozzle and delivery hose, this kit is ready to use dispensing solution. There are two models of this IBC refuelling pump available; one with a Piusi K33 flow meter, and one without a diesel flow meter, depending upon the user's requirement for measuring the amount of fuel that has been transferred.

To make these diesel dispensing pump units as flexible in their installation as possible, this kit is supplied without the suction connections.

The Piusi SEC IBC Connectors have been designed by Piusi to overcome issues associated with the traditional lever based CDS connector.

These IBC connectors work by screwing the valve open/closed without acting any angular pressure on the IBC connection point. Once connected, the SEC valve ensures that the AdBlue™ is not contaminated by the surrounding environment of the IBC tank. These come as standard with the Suzzara Blue IBC AdBlue pump kits.
