The Piusi OCIO Link brings remote monitoring capabilities to existing installations of OCIO fuel tank gauges, providing a simple and cost effective way to upgrade your tank to a modern remote management system. The Ocio Link has been designed specifically to work with the OCIO & OCIO 2.0 Gauges from Piusi, and allows you to connect your tank to a secure cloud based platform where you can see fuel levels, alerts and tank location data. This can be accessed through Computer, Tablet or Smartphone.

Particularly suited to commercial fuel users, fleet operators, fuel distributors and businesses managing multiple tanks, the system provides real-time visibility of fuel levels without the need for regular site visits. Existing gauges remain in place, with the OCIO Link acting as the communication gateway between the tanks and the dedicated online portal, making installation straightforward whilst unlocking a range of advanced monitoring features. Each unit can support up to four OCIO or OCIO 2.0 gauges where tanks are located in close proximity, such as adjacent tanks or split-tank systems, and multiple OCIO Link installations can be managed through a single portal, providing centralised oversight of fuel levels across several locations.

Connectivity is achieved via a customer-supplied 4G SIM card and data package, although LAN and Wi-Fi connection options are also available to suit different site requirements. Once connected, users gain access to a comprehensive web portal that displays live tank levels, historical usage trends and tank locations on an interactive map, allowing fuel consumption and tank level movements to be monitored with greater accuracy and control. Automatic alerts can be configured to notify users of low fuel levels, rapid level changes, or tank movement, with notifications delivered via email, WhatsApp, or directly in the browser to help businesses respond quickly to changing conditions and avoid unnecessary downtime.

The OCIO Link also offers greater flexibility in how and when data is transmitted, allowing synchronisation intervals to be tailored to operational requirements or to be triggered manually when immediate updates are needed. Combined with automatic over-the-air software updates, which keep the system secure and up to date without on-site intervention, the OCIO Link delivers a smarter, more connected approach to fuel tank monitoring.

The Piusi Pro Eight Cube B.SMART Fuel Management System dispenser is designed to meet market demands with its compact, intuitive, and user-friendly design. Integrating an 8 metre hose reel, this fuel dispenser offers enhanced convenience and efficiency. Equipped with a self-priming vane pump featuring a built-in bypass, it ensures high-performance refuelling. The anti-vibration mounting minimises noise and vibration, while the mechanical sealing and motor overheating protection boost reliability and safety.

The Piusi Pro Eight Cube B.SMART fuel dispenser includes the Piusi Water Captor Filter, designed to absorb water particles in the liquid, ensuring clean fuel delivery. Its design simplifies installation for tank manufacturers, requiring only one unit and thus reducing the footprint. The filter is discreetly housed within the pedestal, maintaining a sleek appearance. The renowned Piusi Panther 72 pump remains a key component, and the compact 8 metre reel keeps the hose off the floor during storage. Additionally, the dispenser comes with 10 B.SMART user licenses.

B.SMART is an industry-recognised, compact fuel management system known for its fast and reliable refuelling, thanks to its high-performance Italian design. The cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, provides fleet managers with remote, real-time data on fuel usage. Using a licensed app on the driver’s iOS or Android device, the system activates dispensing via Bluetooth and sends transaction data to the cloud. This allows real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal accessible via PC, tablet, or smartphone, eliminating the need for separate reports or site visits.

Managers can view up-to-date refuelling transaction reports by date, fuel quantity, driver, vehicle, and dispenser. They can also remotely control fuel dispensing by managing driver access through the mobile app license, preventing unauthorised fuel use.

The Piusi Cube AdBlue Agilis dispenser is designed to simplify and ensure the safe transfer, dispensing, and monitoring of AdBlue. Its modern, compact design from the Italian manufacturer guarantees practicality and reliability in every situation.

This AdBlue dispenser features a self-priming electric membrane pump with a flow rate of 30 l/min, making it ideal for quick refuelling needs for up to 250 users.

The patented SB325_X automatic nozzle, equipped with a break-away system, ensures safety and precision. Additionally, the 3D filter, specifically designed for AdBlue, guarantees impurity-free dispensing. The 3/4" delivery hose, which is 6 meters long, provides further operational flexibility.

The Cube AdBlue Agilis Fuel Management System from Piusi also includes a microswitch for automatic pump shutdown when the dispensing nozzle is returned to its holder, enhancing convenience and safety.

With the Agilis software, you can get detailed reporting and monitoring of each AdBlue refuelling event for even more control and visibility of your AdBlue consumption.

The Piusi Self Service B.SMART AdBlue™ Management System is a compact, freestanding dispensing unit which offers authorised users fast and precise dispensing from an AdBlue storage tank™ with fluid monitoring features. Like the Piusi Self Service MC AdBlue™ this fluid management system is a sturdy, all in one unit with integrated AdBlue™ transfer pump, nozzle, pulse meter and 70 micron particle filter, with the additional benefit of the B.SMART software from industry-leading manufacturer Piusi.

B.SMART is the first cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, providing fleet managers with remote and real-time data online on their fuel use. Using a licenced app on the driver’s iOS or Android mobile device, the system will dispense once activated via Bluetooth. Then when the transaction is complete, the system will send the data using the network data on the driver’s mobile phone. This enables real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites.

One of the largest benefits of the Piusi B.SMART is that there are no ongoing subscription or hosting fees to account for – you simply buy the system and that's it! Something which is unlike other cloud-based fuel management systems on the market.

As well as being able to view up to date transaction reports by date, the quantity of fluid taken, driver, vehicle and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The Piusi B.SMART online fuel management system will only allow those drivers set with a mobile app licence by the manager to dispense and therefore prevents unauthorised use.

The Horn Tecalemit HDM80 Eco is a high-quality diesel dispensing pump with an integral HDA Cloud based fuel management system capable of tracking up to 4000 users/vehicles. The dispenser is 230v powered, and is fitted with an integral 55lpm transfer pump with a 4 metre delivery hose & automatic nozzle.

The Tecalemit FMOG 100 is a high accuracy oval gear meter with pulse output suitable for use with the fuel management systems such as the HDA.

The meter is suitable for a range of liquids such as diesel, gas oil and light-medium oils. This comes with 1" BSP removable flanges for ease of connection.

These transponder tags are compatible with the Tecalemit HDM & HDA fuel management systems. They are lightweight yet robust, and come fitted to a key-ring.

The Piusi 3000 Supreme is a highly innovative device designed to offer full pump control and management from a smartphone app, thus helping users fill up with diesel from mobile tanks quickly and safely.

The Piusi 3000 Supreme is a compact, self-priming vane pump with a flow rate of up to 50 litres per minute. Thanks to its compact design, the Piusi 3000 supreme is easy to install on virtually any tank.

The Piusi smart pump will only turn on and dispense fuel to authorised smartphone app holders, which secures the fuel when a site is left out of hours. Giving you the ability to record dispensing data including quantity of fuel taken, and date and time, this refuelling pump provides a greater handle on how your fuel is being used and help to spot anomalies.

The Piusi 3000 Supreme intelligent pump manages its own operation to save time and eliminate causes of pump failure often associated with mobile tanks. Users and managers can pre-set the number of litres to dispense, reduce flow rate for filling jerry cans. The diesel transfer pump will automatically stop running if your tank runs out of fuel to protect itself from dry run damage. The pump can slow its own motor down to prevent overheating, allowing it to be continuously run unlike other battery powered models.

As standard the Supreme pump can have 2 users and stores the last 20 transactions on the app. By upgrading to the PRO you can have 10 users and the last 100 transactions can be stored on the app or can be downloaded to CSV file.

Multiple Piusi 3000 Supreme pumps can be integrated with the Piusi B.SMART cloud based fuel management software, meaning you can monitor mobile fuel tanks across unlimited sites remotely through a single online portal. This also allows up to 500 users and unlimited transactions to be stored and downloaded to CSV file.
