The Piusi Viscomat DC gear oil transfer pump is compact in design and easy to install. These oil transfer pumps can be installed as mobile oil pumps on vehicles, or fitted onto battery equipped trolleys where electricity is not available, or a mobile power source is required. The Piusi pump can also be used to carry out oil transfer in yards, ports, and onboard vehicles or boats. There is also a pressure switch version available of these 24v and 12v fuel transfer pumps, which enables the delivery of oil without the inconvenience of having to start or stop the oil transfer pump.

The Husky VIII Diesel Nozzle is a durable and heavy duty automatic shut off nozzle, designed for the high flow refuelling of large agricultural and plant machinery. Thanks to its incorporated Flo-stop® device, the VIII Husky fuel nozzle shuts off the flow of fuel when the spout is raised above the horizontal or fall from the fill point. This fuel nozzle benefits from a reinforced spout bushing and a sensing port located behind the spout end, ensuring that even after a lot of use, the spout doesn’t get worn causing nuisance click offs.

A further useful feature of the VIII Husky nozzle is its dual poppet, which enables the easier opening of the automatic fuel pump nozzle when high system pressure is present due to the high flow. Please note models with swivel may have a reduced flow rate. If you want to guarantee achieving 250lpm, an optional high flow swivel is available.

The Piusi K40 Oil Nozzle is a compact, reliable, lightweight flow meter built into the Piusi Easyoil nozzle. This allows users of these fuel nozzles to control the quantity dispensed of diesel, oil or raps oil at the nozzle end. Versions of this model come with a flexible or rigid automatic non-drip spout, which prevents any leakage from the end of the spout after you have finished dispensing. The meter on this diesel and oil nozzle has oval gears and a resettable counter for individual dispensing.

The Piusi Premium Rotary Manual Diesel Pump is specially designed for the transfer of diesel from an IBC. This hand fuel pump is a perfect cost-effective dispensing solution where there is no access to power, or where the quantity dispensed is not high enough to warrant a more expensive electric pump. 

Carefully designed by the leading Italian manufacturer of fluid handling equipment, Piusi, this manual diesel pump has a higher specification compared to other hand pumps on the market. Built with Stainless Steel outer casing as opposed to plastic, this Piusi diesel transfer pump kit is more durable, giving it a longer life span. It also benefits from smooth operation thanks to its rolling handle grip and quality constructed internals. 

Designed specifically as an IBC fuel pump, this IBC plate mounted kit includes suction and delivery hose, with swivel dispensing spout with on/off valve to close off the hose to prevent dripping and it is ready to be installed straight away. This kit can be fitted to top or lower IBC bars, which makes it ideal for applications when the IBC is on a bund and fitting the hand diesel transfer pump to the top bar would be too high up to operate.
