Hard Covered IBC Spill Pallets

An IBC spill pallet with a hard cover has a strong, vandal resistant exterior manufactured from galvanised steel. It has been reinforced with a layer of zinc that is resistant to poor weather conditions. The panels are generally ridged to increase their strength, while exteriors are given an epoxy powder coating that is highly durable, weather resistant, and that can stand up to damage.

A hard cover IBC spill pallet offers a high level of security, and includes sliding doors fitted with a secure lock. The metal cover fits onto a pre-formed polyethylene pallet and is secured by domed head bolts that are reliably tamper proof. Polyethylene is suitable for storing chemicals, and used for the sump which has a generous capacity that can collect more than the 1,000 litres typically stored in a large IBC.

We also offer a range of bunded IBC stores that can be fully enclosed, and used to store between 2 and 16 IBCs.

IBC Pallets With Soft Covers

As well as hard covered pallets, we also stock IBC pallets with soft covers that can be used as both permanent or temporary IBC stores. The waterproof, pliable cover is made of a soft form of polyethylene that fits over an easy to assemble yet strong steel frame. IBCs are enclosed with a fully zippered polyethylene door that can be rolled to the top of the frame and secured with ties for ease of access.

Soft covered spill pallets are available in a range of size options, while the pallet itself is manufactured from rigid, high-density polyethylene that is also UV stabilised, making it ideal for outdoor use. It usually includes a sturdy, plastic mesh grid that can easily be removed for routine cleaning and maintenance, and the pallet is compatible with chemical liquids.
