The Piusi Viscomat 70 Vane electric oil transfer pump has been designed to transfer large quantities of oil at medium pressure between tanks. This Piusi pump also guarantees good flow rates at high pressure, in applications in which the oil pump must supply hose reels for fixed oil distribution systems. Common features of all Viscomat oil transfer pumps include quiet operation (less than 70dB), smooth flow characterised by the absence of pulsations, closed-delivery operation thanks to the incorporated adjustable bypass, high suction capacity and compact design.

The Piusi Viscomat Vane Pump is also suitable for the transfer of diesel within a system. Please note: We would not advise it for diesel dispensing/refuelling applications.

The Pressure Relief Angle Check Valve is a brass non return valve for keeping a pump’s suction line primed. It ensures the pressure from the fuel head is held back from the pump. This angle check valve can be used in conjunction with a hose reel thanks to the integrated pressure relief valve.

The Piusi Steel Hose Tail is male hose barb with NBR seals. These hose tails can be used with hoses that have either a 19mm or 25mm inner diameter. 

Loxeal 85-21 Pipe Sealant is a fast curing high strength anaerobic adhesive for locking and sealing threads. Designed for pipework that will never be dismantled and for larger machining tolerances, this pipe thread sealant is ideal for robust and demanding joining applications.

Suitable for a number of fluids including diesel, oil and water, this Loxeal 85-21 pipe thread sealant has a handling time of 15-30 minutes and a functional cure time of 1-3 hours. Its sealing properties are unaffected between -55°C to +150°C, as well as being shock and vibration resistant.

Please note curing rate and strengths depend on the assembly clearance, material, surfaces and temperature.
