Advanced Fuel Conditioning Recirculation Pump

The Piusi Viscomat Flowmat oil transfer pump with pressure switch combines the typical characteristics of gear pumps with the convenience of an automatic switch-off at the end of delivery. This allows the user to activate the fuel transfer pump without worrying about the need to switch the motor on and off. The performance of this Piusi pump guarantees good flow rates with high pressures, no pulsing, regular flow and silent operation. These oil transfer pumps can be used for both feeding single delivery points (with or without reels), and on fixed distribution systems.

The Piusi A120 diesel nozzle is automatic fuel nozzle design for private, non-resale refuelling of vehicles. This standard automatic diesel nozzle has strong aluminium housing encased in rubber that provides extra protection and makes the grip more comfortable even at low temperature.  As an automatic fuel pump nozzle, it will shut off when the tank is full, preventing an overfill scenario and allowing the safe use of the integrated 3 positions stay open latch. The Piusi Auto 120 nozzle has a higher flow rate compared to A80 and A60, which makes it a perfect solution for refuelling large vehicles such as heavy duty agriculture and plant machinery.

This diesel refuelling nozzle is commonly used alongside high speed, powered diesel pump systems. The fuel nozzle is also available with a higher and lower flow rate (please see related products), depending upon the speed of the pumping system it is for use within.

The Stainless Steel Fuel Tank Filler Cap is designed to cap off the fill point on a storage tank, tanker faucet or valve. This robust solution prevents unwanted debris and water from entering into the tank fill point, as well as preventing dripping. This stainless steel fuel tank filler cap comes with lugs either side of the cap to enable easy application and removal.

Please note: This tank fill point cap is supplied as standard with leather seals, making it ideal as a diesel or oil tank cap. PTFE seals are available on request for use with aggressive fluids such as on chemical tanks.

The Piusi K200 Fuel Pulse Meter is designed to measure the dispensing of diesel, lubrication oil, grease and anti-freeze through an oval gear system. These Piusi flow meters have no electronic display as they are used to interface consumption information with external management systems, or indicators allowing the information to be read and stored elsewhere. The K200 fuel flow meter with pulse output is ideal for industrial applications where fluid delivery control is required at highly accurate levels. They can also be used in conjunction with a non-commercial fuel delivery pump either part of or externally inline.
